Zoho CRM error: Undefined error; please check if the URL trying to access is the correct one.

I am creating my first zap.  my workflow is the following

  1. when a new person registers on my site it reads the client information  (works)
  2. then it pulls into a zapier table (works)
  3. Go into Zoho CRM and check if the email already exists (fails)

I get the following error message when I test this step

 

Hoping someone could provide some insight.

This is supposed to take a new lead and add to Zoho CRM contacts


when I click continue is when I get the error.  Hopefully someone can let me know what I am doing wrong

These fields are standardized dropdown values and expect certain values, so try picking from the list of options.
