I set up a Wordpress Medium Zap and it worked for the first post but then no anymore. Any ideas how I can automatically post wordpress post on Medium?
I have a typeform and when I tested it I got the lead created normally but any of the submissions is working. I keep getting this error: All the fields are correctly filled and I have not done any changes to the zap, so I am really at a loss of what is happening here, please help!
Hi guys,One of my automations has started getting turned off due to an error saying “("('Google has rate limited your calls to the Sheets API. Auto retrying in 60 seconds', 60)", 60)” …The error places many calls into Waiting but quickly the number of errors forces the Zap to turn off.Is there a way to prevent the Zap turning off OR to know what the Rate Limit is for Google and then apply that to the Zap / User / Account / Zapier by throttling?Of course I could feed my data in by chunks at a time and try to figure out when the Rate Limit triggers :)
Hello! I am trying to create a zap. New Facebook lead - Create a new person in Nutshell CRM. Test works perfectly fine, zap is turned on, but never works. There are no errors in Zap history. I can transfer my Facebook leads without any problem…. Why doesn´t it work? I am a bit desperate. I am sure everything is connected.
I’m using an App Extension for Constant Contact to create an email campaign from a Drupal website but I’m having trouble importing HTML for the email because the special characters (like < and >) are being encoded (to < and &gt;) which results in invalid JSON.TL;DR : Is it possible to use an input field in App Extensions that supports HTML? Currently I can only use Text or String for this field, which I believe is incorrectly encoding my HTML and is resulting in these issues.------I have already added transforms to escape characters that would result in JSON errors, but when HTML is placed in the Body of the App Extension, it is being processed as a string and encoded like this:Original value: <p><a href=\"\">Visit ConstantContact.com!</a>Encoded value: &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href=\&quot;https://constantcontact.com/\&quot;&gt;Visit ConstantContact.com!&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;These encoded characters are resulting in the error:
I have set up and tested my Zap to pull data from our lead form on our website (hosted by 97 display) as my trigger, and then used webhooks to put the data into our Fitpro tracker account. The zap works in that a task gets created in Fitpro that a new lead has been aquired, but it doesn’t map the data fields I have set - name, phone, email. Any help?

I have a zap that uses ‘New Subscriber in Segment or Tag in Mailchimp’. It connects correctly and gets some test records, which include, merge_fields: FNAME (First Name) LNAME (Last Name) but the Company Name is missing, it should be in MMERGE5 or MERGE5. I have a Google Sheet the contains three worksheets. The 2nd and 3rd worksheet is used to look up values for the first worksheet. How do I generate a PDF for JUST the first worksheet? I have done the find a file Google Drive action but this provides a pdf of ALL THREE worksheet.
I’ve been working on a Zap that will take every event for the day on an Office 365 Calendar (one that we’re asking staff to “invite” to any out-of-office events) and post it to a MS Teams channel. I got it working for single-day events by using a digest with the trigger being the event “starting”, but I just realized that it doesn't post multi-day events each day, so if someone creates an event for a whole week, it’ll only include that event on the list for the first day. Any suggestion on how to fix this (or do the zap a different way to accomplish my end goal)? Here’s what I have at the moment:

I want to automate the process of creating and managing new accounts for my employees. Ideally, I want to use Zapier to automatically create, update, and delete employee accounts when onboarding new employees. I have four options to consider: Okta, Microsoft 365, Google for Work, and OneLogin.Which of these options are supported by Zapier? Can I use only the Zapier API (not Zapier editor) to create the workflow for creating, updating, and deleting employee accounts for the apps mentioned above? Hi,I am new to Zapier. trying to create a Zap that triggers once a new post is published on my wordpress website. The Zap should then copy the contents of the page (text, image, video or any other material) or post a link to the wordpress new port on Facebook.When configurung the facebook group Step, I don’t find the option as which text to fetch. It’s always fiexed option (a specific page to post to fb). What I want is to post any new post and not a specific one. TIA

This is the first part and I eventually hope to connect it will Tasks by Planner (Kanban).The purpose of this zap is to update a Clio Custom Field (Custom Field is called Matter Status) once a task in Clio is marked complete (Task is called Client Intake Completion).The issue I’m also having with Step 4 is that in the Action Section of the Zap it is asking to specify all the Required Custom fields (which corresponds to our Required Custom Field rules in Clio) but I want this Zap to apply to any matter with this task. Is it possible to create a new slide with an image in a currently open (and running) presentation? I’d like to trigger the action by adding new images to a Google Drive Folder, and add those images to the current presentation as slides. Ideally this would happen as the presentation is running. Does that make sense?

I’ve been attempting with Highlevels “Inbound Webhooks” because that’s the only Webhook available now, but they’re giving me a URL to use, and no area to add a URL.In return, Zapiers Webhook option is giving me a URL to use and no area to input a URL… Any help would be great!Thanks!
Hi, I'm trying to create a simplified sales receipt in Quickbooks that will only reflect totals of products from the same product family.i.eSales transaction:Product 1 : Product Family A : $10USDProduct 2 : Product Family B : $5USDProduct 3 : Product Family B : $5USDProduct 4 : Product Family C : $5USDSales receipt should be:Product Family A : $10USDProduct Family B : $10USDProduct Family C : $5USD I have gone as far as creating the step "Create Multiple Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets" that pulls in the details from the Salesforce opportunity products along with their respective headers, and another tab in the same sheet that has the "sumif" formulas based on the product family. I'm stuck on the next steps.How do I capture the sum on the sheets? What action do I need to do next? Also, will subsequent triggers add up on the google sheet? I'm thinking that it may cause the sum value to be bloated as it captures all old and new values alike for every run.
Maybe I have a weird problem. In any case, I can't find a solution. In my company we use software that does not support synchronized interfaces. No connection to our Google account, Zapier, HubSpot or anything else. My goal is not to manually enter new contacts. I get new contacts by booking appointments with Calendly. I then need this information as a CSV or Excel file so that I can then transfer it, at least not manually, using the import function of our "stupid" software. I manage to collect new Calendly bookings into a Google spreadsheet. And I can also create a URL that downloads the spreadsheet directly when called. But I can't manage this stuff:- only the most recent contact is downloaded (one spreadsheet per contact?)- the download is triggered automatically Of course I could receive a new email with the URL as the content, which triggers a download, but if I don't click on the link in time, the contact will already be overwritten by a new one. How do I automatically create a PDF from an email in outlook (using a filter) and then send that PDF as an attachment?Basically I want to send electronic invoices to Xero automatically. These invoices don’t display properly in due to their html formatting so I need to convert them to PDF before I send them to Xero inbox.I tried PDFmonkey but couldn’t make it work.
As you can see below, task #2 ran at 13:56 and task #3 ran at 14:26. I knew that depending on the plan used, Zaps trigger in a fuzzy window of 1-15 min. But I didn’t know the tasks inside a Zap could also get such a delay.Is there an explanation of/for this? Any guideline on what I can expect?
