I have users logging manual meetings and adding their notes there. Once the call notes are done I have a field that will trigger a zap. in the message I would like to include the link to latest meeting logged in the company. How can I do this?

Hi @niolin

Good question.

To help us have more context, please post screenshots of a specific examples about how you are trying to have the meeting link logged on the Company.

sure.

Here is an example of a meeting I logged

once everyone finishes adding their notes, we have a different field that indicates notes are done. once that field is changed to Done - a zap is fired. I want to add in that zap the link to the last logged meeting on this company.

to get the link manually I would do this:

this is the link:

https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/***our company id***/company/COMPANY ID/?engagement=41579661957

I have worked more on this since I first posted the question so now the only the missing link for me is the engagement number after the “=”

@niolin

The Zap action: HubSpot - Create Engagement (can only be assigned to a Contact)

So you may have to explore using the HubSpot API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview

but this is an existing engagement. I dont want to create new
