Failed to create a contact in Follow Up Boss: Error parsing response. We got: ""

I have a typeform and when I tested it I got the lead created normally but any of the submissions is working. I keep getting this error:

All the fields are correctly filled and I have not done any changes to the zap, so I am really at a loss of what is happening here, please help!

Some things to check:

Might be getting flagged due to the “@test.com” domain.

Phone number with the leading + might be causing issues.
