As you can see below, task #2 ran at 13:56 and task #3 ran at 14:26. I knew that depending on the plan used, Zaps trigger in a fuzzy window of 1-15 min. But I didn’t know the tasks inside a Zap could also get such a delay.

Is there an explanation of/for this? Any guideline on what I can expect?

Good question.

Zaps steps generally have a 30 second timeout window, with some exceptions.

The timestamps are 30 seconds apart in this case.

GSheets with lots of rows can take longer to process.
