How do I automatically post a Twitter thread from a text with multiple tweets?

I’ve searched for this without success so maybe it’s not yet possible or still in development. But is there a way to take a text with several tweets and then automatically share them as a twitter thread?

I know I can use the formatter to split the text into separate tweets, but don’t know how to then post them as one thread.

I tried Buffer, but it doesn’t seem to have an integration to create threads.

Has anyone got a solution or knows of a service that works with Zapier and can let you automate the thread posting process?

Hi there, @Ed M! 👋

Ah yes, it doesn’t look like there’s a method available for Buffer that would allow you to post a thread instead of individual tweets. I did some searching on this end but couldn’t see any existing feature requests for this functionality to be added, so I’d recommend contacting our Support team to ask that one be submitted on your behalf. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Not sure if any of the other social media marketing type of apps on Zapier would allow you to post a new thread to Twitter but it might be worth exploring those just in case: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/social-marketing

Hope that helps to point you in the right direction. Eager to ensure you’re all set so please do keep us updated on how you get on, we’d love to hear from you! 🙂
