I am trying to set up an iFax to Google Drive integration. I have it set up to trigger when “New Fax Received” and the Event is Copy File to Drive. Everything seems to be set up properly. But I get this as an error. Failed to create a copy file in Google DriveThe app returned "File not found: MTUzMDM0N2lGYXhhcHB7cz0lV3MxQ1J0LHZ0R3dyOWM4".
I’m looking for a way to create a birthday/anniversary email automation. I regularly download a new CSV file with all my clients (includes date of purchase, name etc) to my computer (and on dropbox). I would like to create an automation that an outlook email is sent to each guest exactly 1 year after their purchase day.How do i go about this?
I have a 2 step form in my application. I created 2 webhooks first one is called when user fill step 1 form. My web hook creates a folder and inside the created folder it creates a google document and add the data user filled on step 1.When user fill the data in step 2 I am initiating webhook 2 which find the folder and under that folder, I want to append the data of step 2 in the document which was created in step 1. But every time I am getting “File not found error”. However I am able to create separate file in same folder for step 2 data.
Hello everyone!I’m using Google analytics measurement to create custome events.The problem is that when I look at the event in Google Analytics I have the field "Page" = (not set) and the field "Full Referrer" = (direct) and they are both wrong.Now I have two questions:To provide the field "Full Referrer" I suppose I have to set a value for the parameter "Document Referrer" in the Measurement. Right? (see attached image) I tried that, but I still see “direct” ad a Referrer. To provide the field "Page" I suppose I have to set a value for the parameter "Document location URL" in the Measurement (see official documentation). The problem is that in the list of parameters that Zapier shows me for a Measurement I don't see "Document location URL". How can I fix that?Thanks in advance
Same exact issue as the post below, a bug? Several pipelines(stages) in pipedrive are missing from the field “Stage” in an action trigger when trying to create a deal by importing from typeform or other apps. Able to create a deal into other stage ids. Thanks!

Hello,I’m new here and not a programmer. I cant seem to find much articles/help on creating Purchase Orders with QuickBooks Online (QBO), via webhooks from Kissflow Digital Workplace. I’m halfway through testing and setting up my zap, with the assumption that vendor, customer and all products/services perfectly match with QBO records.To improve the zaps reliability:Under the step “Find Vendor in QBO”, if the vendor doesn’t exist, I’ve added a sub-process that creates a new vendor. Under the step “Find Customer in QBO”, I used the same principle, wherein if no records match, I create a new customer in QBO to avoid mismatching errors at the latter step of creating a Purchase Order.So far I think that these are working okay. The tests come out successful for the two points above.The problem now is in the matching of products/services, summarized into the following points:A perfect match cannot always be expected, especially when the item to be purchased is not yet existing under QBO recor

Hi everyone!We’re developing an integration with Zapier, and while most of the OAuth v2 works well, the refresh flow is not working for us. It seems that Zapier instead of polling our triggers in every 15 minutes, and after it gets a 401 calling into the refresh endpoint, it is calling the /validate endpoint for our OAuth platform, which gives back 400 so the refresh flow never happens.Does anyone know when, where, why calls Zapier into the /validate endpoint?Can we alter Zapier’s behaviour to only call into the auth endpoint then the token endpoint, get an access token, call our service with that token over and over until it gets a 401 from our service, then call into the refresh token endpoint on our oauth platform? My team does not own the oauth platform, so I doubt modifying the /validate behavior to give back 401 is a valid route for us.Any ideas?Thanks,Daniel
Right now I have a starter plan but I ran out of tasks very quickly. I plan on upgrading to the professional one but I want to make sure I have enough tasks purchased. If I set up a zap with custom paths (whereas now I have multiple zaps), will that count as one task when the zap is triggered or multiple?

I’m looking at sending information from Podio to KV Core which is what realtors use as their CRM. Is this possible?I’ve seen a custom made integration to KV Core but when I click the invite link it just takes me back to the homepage where my zaps are. Since the Superchat API documentation is only accessible to users, I have attached an image. I have already tried several approaches. In the header, I had "Authorization" and "X-API-Key" already set. However, whenever I use "Authorization," I encounter the following error: "Failed to create a request in Webhooks by Zapier. The app returned 'Unauthorized' (HTTP Status Code: 401)."I also tried placing "Bearer" before MY API Token. I validated the JSON code using a JSON validator, and it appears to be correct. Nonetheless, nothing seems to work. I keep receiving the error "Invalid parameter: handles (HTTP Status Code: 400)."

I’m trying to create a reminder email that will be sent out regularly until a form is submitted in another application.I can find a way to send this once or twice with Paths by Zapier or Filters by Zapier but that will only allow me to trigger a finite number of reminders, requiring that I set up a new path for every iteration of this loop.I found a topic, “Re-run a Zapier until a task is complete” that I think may have the answer to my question, but the answer tells me to watch a video at https://community.zapier.com/tips-and-inspiration-5/video-creating-a-looping-zapier-automation-using-webhooks-585 , and the link tells me I’m not authorized to view the page.
We hit an error adding your new account authentication failed: WordPress ran into an issue. Error code 401: You are not currently logged in. I am totally new to zapier.I am implementing a custom api and I am using Oauth2 as authentication method in zapier.I have been able to reply with the access_token, but when I receive the request from the trigger I do not receive the access_token or any info which allows me to identify the user.am I missing something?
Dealing with the weirdest thing, hoping ya’ll can help. Long time lurker, first time poster! I’ve created a Zap to make pending Orders in WooCommerce using data from Deals in Pipedrive. And it works….but not all the time. Sometimes the Webhook Zap step returns data from a different / already existing order (a GET endpoint feature), and other times it creates the new order as it should from a POST (no modifications take place between these two). I’ve tried about a million different things but nothing seems to work. I’m no API expert but I think POST requests are either supposed to work, or not. I either need one of two solutions to make this thing work: A solution to loop the Webhook request until a string is matched (or not matched, either way) A solution such that a post request to the WP / WooCommerce API will reliably result in orders being created.Site is hosted on Pantheon and WooCommerce is updated. Any ideas how I can get out of this? Many, many thanks in advance. Chris
