My current Zap set up: When a post is created on FB page > create s post on our subscriber only FB group + Public group. QUESTION:Occasionally, I have a few posts in subscriber only FB group that I would like to share on Fb Page as well as Public group. If I post this this content on FB Page will it again get posted in the subscriber only FB group or will Zapier skip the duplicate post for the group in question. I am new to this community and Zapier. Really appreciate you help. Thanks in advance.
I am trying to have a new SPECIFIC calendly event scheduled sync up with a Zoho CRM lead using an account number reference and update a date field with the date the scheduled event was made. I have tried several ways and keep hitting dead ends. Anyone have any experience in this?Or at least how to update a field in Zoho CRM from a specific outside source like Calendly or any other app for that matter. If needed I can get Calendly connect to another app like Google Sheets and then go to Zoho CRM or whatever… I just need this to work.
Hello there, yesterday, I’ve setup a zap to create a new record in Airtable for new files uploaded to Google Drive. Then I’ve uploaded ca. 1,500 files to Google Drive but only 680 records were created in Airtable. The Zap does not show any issue.Any ideas?
I am hoping someone can be of assistance with my inquiry. I have a client using shopify to sell physical products however they use kajabi to sell digital products and remote therapy sessions. They also use kajabi as their CRM and want to merge their customer bases. Essentially if a customer buys on shopify they want to have the customers information stored in kajabi, but not duplicated incase they buy on kajabi as well. We are running into issues since they are not willing to upgrade their zapier beyond the free account. Any input?
Hi - I’m quite new to Zapier but I’m trying to create something but I’m not sure if it’s possible or if I’m approaching it wrong.I want to create an audio weather forecast using Zapier Weather & Amazon PollyI’ve manged to link the weather zap & Polly and have successfully created an audio weather forecast which is generated when I press ‘test’I would like the audio file (mp3 etc) to be created automatically every day and for either a link to be emailed to me or a file to be sent to my dropbox (or other online storage)At the moment I have no idea how to get the audio file to me from Amazon Polly unless I intervene manually. Does anyone have any ideas how to achieve this? thanks
Hello, i have exactly the same problem but with my zap for Systeme.io to AWeber. It’s for my newsletter registration. It correclty works in test mode, but when i do a “fake” registration on my optin page on SIO, nothing appear in zap history and nothing appear in new subscriber in AWeber… I tried with trigger “new optin” and “new tag is added” but it’s still the same…
Hello, If I’d integrated clickbank for my zap. Therefore, how can I use clickbank to post my email subscribers to my clickbank signup pages. Do I need to do a webhook post in order to to connect? For an example: Email subscribers--->(needs to confirm)---->same subscribers will automatically post to my clickbank signup page. How can I do this? Please advise. Thanks.
Hello,I’m a total newbie in making Zaps with Zapier. My company uses Cyfe to view various KPIs.Now we have got an app which we get analytics data on with Firebase.I want to be able to view these data in Cyfe like ‘How many active user do we got in the app’ and how is some of the events in the app performing.It looks like I can achieve this with Zapier, but I don’t know how to set up the triggers to accomplish what I want and can’t find documentation that are helping me in this case.To sum up what I want is to get analytics data from Firebase to be viewable in Cyfe.Any kind soul who can give me some pointers on how to achive that?

We need to bring over quotes that were created over the weekend in limoanywhere and zap them over to salesforce. right now i have it set up that once the quote is created in limoanywhere it creates a lead in salesforce. Our zap was turned off over the weekend and now i need to get all the quotes created over the weekend and sent over to salesforce. If anyone has any ideas or a place for me to find this info it would be greatly appreciated.
We have Workable and BambooHR. As soon as we “hire” someone in Workable it creates a new employee in BambooHR however a lot of the standard information that we input then needs to be done manually i.e.:Notice Period (30 days) Probation Period (12 weeks) Overtime (exempt)There are also things we need to include that are only available in the Workable Offer Letter we send out and get back signed (which is when we progress to ‘hired’ and then a new employee is triggered in BambooHR) i.e. Salary Start dateAnd then there are things that are not necessarily held anywhere i.e. Part time/ full time Location (office or remote)Can I use Zapier to somehow automate these things? Or do I just need to carry on manually?
Hi everyoneI use Xero as my quote tool. When a job’s quote gets accepted by the client, I want Zoho CRM to update the status of the job.Currently there is a Reference Number on the Quote (eg. JDP-1001) that is the same as the Job Number in the CRM Deals module.I know you can use filters to get individual records... what I need is a 2-way filter that matches the Reference Number on the Quote (in the trigger) against the Job Number in the CRM (in the action) and updates the CRM to let the CRM user know the quote is accepted.This doesnt seem to be possible with the current architecture....
Is anyone using zapier for square and tagging customers via customer groups? The option in the action dropdown list for customer group is showing “no data”. I don’t have any other way to segment my customers and tag them into my CRM program. The only option is items sold but that is too detailed. I need categories to be avavilabe but it isnt. I saw that customer groups was so I tried that and put all my customers into new groups in square related to category purcahses but no information is being collected in zapier.
Hi everybody! Today I faced the problem with Inserting Data in my message. My zap needs to send a message to slack with some inserted data(username). So in a message, I need to write @+(username) to push this user. But seems like when I write @ symbol and Insert data in the same field — it just deletes Inserted data! That’s funny, because it worked just fine yesterday, but not today. Is it me or something happening with Zapier today?
Our team uses Ontraport as a CRM for managing customer communications and membership access to our WordPress site. We are moving our checkout process to Woocommerce from Ontraport’s checkout pages. My last obstacle is related to offering payment plans through Woocommerce. Currently, Ontraport keeps customer CC info on file so they can pay in installments based on 3 or 6 month periods. If payments are not made, Ontraport can revoke access to our membership site. Now that we will be offloading payments to Woocommerce, this process breaks down a bit.I can see two scenarios playing out and I am wondering if Zapier can accommodate one or the other:1.) If customers can pay the initial installment payment through Woocommerce, we can forward payment information on to Ontraport so that the CRM can continue to charge customers at the regular monthly intervals and restrict access if payment is not met.2.) If CC info cannot be communicated from Woocommerce to Ontraport, we will have to manage all
I’m using facebook pages integration to send me a recommendation whenever one is made on a particular FB page.The drag is, it doesn’t send me the fb userID. I get the recommendation ID, comments etc. but not the ID of the user who posted it. Therefore unless I go to FB, login, go the review and see the name of the poster, I can’t tell.Am I missing something? If I had the user’s FB ID, I could at least query with social graph to get the user name and profile pic conceivably.
Dear Zapier community,I have integrated collect.chat and airtable to create a new record everytime there is a new response with collect.chat. The issue I am dealing with is if there is a new response with collect chat with airtable after one has been submitted the next new response with not add to airtable. How do I have it so it adds everytime a new response comes in with out me loading a new response?
Hey guys, I know this may not be particularly relevant but I’ve been thinking of integrating an ERP system into my shopify business. I’m pretty new to this so I was wondering what the difference between Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX CRM was. I have a comparitively small business and I was wondering if it’s really worth it to invest in something with as great a starting cost as this.
I can setup a good connection using Zapier and ConnectWise using public/private keys. I test it and it works. But when I choose the “method” to get a notification if a ticket changes, then Zapier lists several filters I can apply. All of those return an error when I click to populate them from ConnectWise. I cannot progress any further with setting up the ZAP at this point. I’m guessing there are some additional privileges needed in ConnectWise? If so, does anyone know what they are? I’m not a ConnectWise admin and don’t have those privileges but I can work with our admin to get changes. FYI, I’ve already checked the ConnectWise documentation and found no information indicating what privileges might be involved. Nor do I see it mentioned on this site. Thanks in advance!
