H @Troy Tessalone I tried in Firefox (used Chrome before) and although the app showed as connected it has a message to reconnect as the auth had expired when setting up the zap. Following that link I get the popup to enter the Teamtailor API key and choose the Teamtailor server (which I left blank as default) and I get the original error message posed before again. Seems to be broken across browsers. 😔
Thanks @Troy Tessalone for your assistance. I had spoken to TeamTailor support before, however they told me it is a Zapier issue, hence logging this ticket. Something is certainly broken :-(
fyi...Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves on the Zapier Developer Platform, so it may be an issue that TeamTailor needs to fix with their Zap app integration.
