Error when connecting TeamTailor app

I'm experiencing an issue with Zapier when adding the TeamTailor app.

Try this tip:

 

H @Troy Tessalone I tried in Firefox (used Chrome before) and although the app showed as connected it has a message to reconnect as the auth had expired when setting up the zap. Following that link I get the popup to enter the Teamtailor API key and choose the Teamtailor server (which I left blank as default) and I get the original error message posed before again. Seems to be broken across browsers. 😔

You can try reaching out to Teamtailor Support for help troubleshooting their Zap app integration.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone for your assistance. I had spoken to TeamTailor support before, however they told me it is a Zapier issue, hence logging this ticket. Something is certainly broken :-(

fyi...Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves on the Zapier Developer Platform, so it may be an issue that TeamTailor needs to fix with their Zap app integration.

403 errors indicates a permission issue in your app. I’d recommend following this help article from TeamTailor: https://support.teamtailor.com/en/articles/6466082-zapier
