Trigger: Parser - New Email Action: Gmail - Send Email @Troy Tessalone Tr I have a similar issue to @egreene16026 (this post), but probably simpler.I’d like an email received in Gmail be forwarded to several recipients without:showing my email address and recipients can’t see each other’s email addresses.I tried Mail Parser to a test account and It did not have the header info as I removed it in the template. That part worked as intented. But the email was sent in Plain gibberish, even though I chose HTML in the Zap.Perhaps there is an easier way to do this (maybe even without zapier)?
Hello, I currently extract invoices from Quickbooks using Zapier and Zap them into a CRM system called Freshworks. Quickbooks products within the invoices are passed in a single line separated by "," (Example: Product A, Product B). The CRM systems needs the products separated by ";"(Example: Product A; Product B). Any idea how I do this?
I have a Zap that would take two paths. First, it searches for a client based on email via webhook. If there’s a client, then it returns a client ID number and proceeds with path A. If there’s no existing client, the first step would return “Bad Request” and then the goal is for it to proceed under Path B to create the client.However, it appears that because of the “Bad Request” (400) the Zap wouldn’t continue, even though I want it to.How do I fix this?
HiI’m trying to automate renaming the tasks with some standard naming convention as they are created. I’m trying to use the ClickUp automation webhooks with Zapier integration.I tested the ClickUp API with cURL to rename the task with the task_id. How do I automate this POST call with Zapier as I will not know the task_id?.In short, how do I get the ClickUp task_id as they are created and pass the task_id to the POST call for renaming the task with the help of Zaiper? Hi guys! I wonder, if there is a way to pull information about the subscription payment amount from one service to another via Zapier? I checked Todoist but haven’t found this option. I need to have this option for any SaaS service, so considering Todoist just as a real life example but it can be any other service as well. I understand that this option is probably available only for certain services…?
I have 2 SQL tables that work toghether as a bill. One has name of a person, date, and ItemID that links to other table, where it can be seen which items does he want to have or buy.Tables look like this: I want to insert the last added row in table1, but also all the items that belong to that row. For example the complete row for the Xero bill should look something like this, for last row in table1:Joe,2021-27-03,[Fuel,Oil],[20,2],[1.4,1.7]. All in one row and in arrays, so it can be imported to Xero bill.Can this be done somehow through Zapier? I know it has a Format option, where you can get line items from array. But not sure how to do it from 2 tables like this.
I have several dropdown select properties set up in Hubspot and corresponding fields in my Gravity Forms form. The values are the same in both, but when the form is submitted none of the values are showing up in the Hubspot. Any suggestions/help would be appreciated. Thanks...GGus
I am trying to send a follow up Google form that shows questions based on a respondent's previous response. For example, in my 1st form, I have asked the following MCQ question: What role do you want to signup for?- Teacher- Student- GuardI then wish to email the respondents a 2nd follow up form that asks a different question based on the user’s selected signup choice:- Teacher: What subject do you want to teach?- Student: What school do you attend?- Guard: What shift do you want? The 2nd form should not have a conformation question that asks about the respondent's role choice again.Currently, I am exploring the zap that sends gmails when a new response is recorded in Google Form but the zap does not allow me to customise the email so I can send different pre-filled links to the respondents. How can I solve this problem?
I have Gravity forms linked to Insightly so that when prospects fill out a form on our website it generates three things in Insightly:Contact Organization OpportunityOften, someone who fills out the form works for an Organization already in our system, but the current Zap creates a duplicate organization. Instead, I want it to search for the organization in our system and add a new one only if it isn’t there. I used to have the option to do that, but it seems the options have changed.For bonus points, I would love for it to link the contact to the organization and to the opportunity so they are connected in the Related tab of Insightly.
Hi there - I’m trying to connect RingCentral into my CRM to show call data. I’m encountering a hiccup testing my connection to RC.Background:We’re a new RC customer. There’s only a few calls in there. My account is a SuperAdmin w/o an extension. I’m trying to take call logs of our two remote salespeople and append that into our CRM. I’m not concerned about connecting via Zap whatsoever, as I’ve connected tons of Zaps. I successfully connected my account to Zapier, and went to test a Zap of a call ending in RC. When I test the Zap, I get this message:We couldn’t find a callCreate a new call in your RingCentral account and test your trigger again.If I click on the call log in RC, I see calls in there. I cannot figure out why it wont detect the call.Is it because I am a SuperAdmin, and it’s only looking for calls on my account? I’ve tried searching for a solution on this and nothing is out there.The only thing I was thinking was to get the credentials of our two sales people and login as
I have a Zap that creates a copy of a Google Sheet (and renames it) when we convert and Opportunity to a Project in Insightly. This is great, but I have a one more step I’d love to automate that I can’t figure out.In Insightly, you can link a Google Sheet to a Project in the “Related” tab under Files. There is a Google Drive button and you just search for your file and link it. Is there a way to do this through Zapier?
Hi Zapier Community,Seasoned pro here with Zapier, however we have come across a problem with the Eventbrite ‘New Order’ trigger doubling up on data when populating Actions.To recap, we are capturing data when a ‘New Order’ is received in Eventbrite. The data looks fine on initial testing, however when we go to populate an ActiveCampaign event with actions, the trigger data is doubled up when it populates the field. (eg; phone numbers are listed twice, date fields listed twice, etc etc)I tried using the format option to remove the double up, but because it’s technically not in source data it doesn’t do anything.Is this an error in the setup or potentially something Eventbrite need to address?

Im working with the software planning center and I would like to update an entire table to drop box every time a new record is added.Any suggestions? Hi there,We’ve been using Zapier for a while now and utilizing it’s integration with Intercom yet we’ve been experiencing issues that are caused because the current Zapier actions need to change. The main issue is because there are users who have multiple User ID’s under a single email address. So there are actions where a user can be updated using both email AND user id and some that don’t, causing an error and preventing the zap to perform the desired action (attached photo below):
Okay- here is what I want my zap to do- before I try to build it- I would like to know if it can be done :)Folder Set: Projects>####Each folder within the projects folder is unique. Inside each folder we save a series of .tif files. Currently we manually take those files, and create pdfs in Cloud convert and put them back in the folder. The zap might look something like this: If new.tif file is saved to a folder within the projects folder, convert to PDF and save the pdf to that same folder. So for example- if “3654.tif” is saved/copied into file the folder Projects>6433, cloud convert would convert it and put it back into folder Project>6433 as 3654.pdf (both files will now be in the folder). This would happen for any of the different folders within the projects folder.
We’re collecting some basic information from users through a wireless portal when they connect to our guest network. Name, E-mail, and Zip Code. This information is passed onto Zapier utilizing Webhooks. I have some Zaps setup and they’re working great. The short of it is the information is collected, slightly modified, then passed on to other external sources as contacts and for logging. Everything works great unless someone inputs a bogus zip code. I’m using zipcodeapi.com to retrieve City and State from the Zip Code that the user enters. If the API fails to lookup the Zip Code because it’s invalid it kills the whole Zap with a error and the contact is never added. There has to be someway to bypass this step on error so I still get the Name and E-mail into MailChimp. Thanks8.7.3
