Hello, I've been creating a connection between GravityForms and Jira Service Management.The idea is simple: a form is completed in Gravityforms and gets registered in Jira.When manually testing the Zap, the connection works. But as soon as I publish it, the Zap immediately switches off.I tried completely rebuilding the Zap and re-connecting with GravityForms, but this didn't help.Also a detail: my Jira account was first activated, then de-activated and then activated again. But after this I reconnected it to Zapier and rebuilt the Zap. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
I’m attempting to use the doorloop trigger of “tenant moving out.” I have the trigger set to 20 days before move-out. When I run the test, Zapier is pulling records that are not within that window. Record A: moveOutAt2023-06-30 Record B:moveOutAt2023-07-31 Record C:moveOutAt2023-10-31 I have a tenant moving out in 16 days and his record is not shown. It seem like Zapier is parsing the wrong data. Can anyone help with this?
I setup a Zap between my CRM (KvCore) and Slybroadcast and I tested it a few times and it did work: Phone Number Date/Time Status Carrier Reason for Failure 5103660578 10/11/23, 5:23pm Success T-Mobile Total Attempted: 1 Success: 1 This was with my cell number. I tried it a few more times and eventually it gave this error: Phone Number Date/Time Status Carrier Reason for Failure 5103660578 10/13/23, 9:48am Failed T-Mobile Call To & Caller ID cannot match Total Attempted: 1 Success: 0 So I want to have it do this when a new lead comes into the CRM. My Shopify store is going to start selling products that come with promotional codes for some digital products. We have the promotional codes saved on Google Sheets (I know, I know, Google sheets is not a database… this is a temporary measure). Currently I have a way for if someone purchases qty:1 of SKU A, then my Zap will look up the first unassigned code on the sheet, enter the order number next to it, then send an email to the customer with the code. What I am struggling to figure out is how to have it so that if a customer order multiple copies of SKU A, they then get multiple unique codes. I’d like someone who orders qty: 3 of SKU A to get 3 unique codes from the sheet. Any ideas?
It’s not possible to import multiple contacts with the Funnelcockpit connector. It’s only possible to import only ONE contact from a csv file. I tried it and only one contact works fine.I think the Funnelcockpit connector has to support importing multiple lines from csv file.
Hello everyone! I’m trying to set up a zap that has a trigger in LinkedIn (new outgoing message) that results in a new contact creation in SalesForce. I don’t have the Sales version of LInkedIn, which it appears that you need? Is this true? When I try to set up the zap, it mixes them up and thinks it’s SalesForce to SalesForce. It can’t seem to catch the trigger in LInkedIn, even though that is what I put in the field. Any advice? Thanks, Stephanie

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. I am using a payment gateway and it is connected to zapier. In google sheets I have a fixed template which makes reciepts for individual user. So it has specific cells for name, price and some calculation that take place. I want all the data that is collected using the payment gateway to get stored in those specific cells that are there in my google sheets and then once all the data is filled, I want the google sheet to be saved as a PDF and then repeat this whole process for the next payment. I would really appreciate help with this.
I want to add people from my Mailchimp list to a certain Sales Funnel on Pipedrive. I created a Zap that finds/creates a person AND creates a Deal to the right funnel, but it doesn’t link the person with the deal, therefore I can’t see the person’s contact info on the deal. Is there a way to fix this? So I want to see the person’s phone number on the deal.
We have a Zap trigger that sends information to another application. Our trigger event is when it is a new entry. However, we do not want all new entries to go into our other application, we want only new entries where the type is Complaint. Is this possible? How do I set up a way to Filter the new entries before sending the Zap? The event is from Freshdesk zap to Intellect.
I am working with a new client that uses clickfunnels as a webpage to generate leads and zoho as a CRM. We would like the contacts that are collected in clickfunnels to go directly to the zoho CRM. I’m concerned about the “one-direction” zap, because it appears that the “integration” is only to zap contacts from zoho to clickfunnels, but not from clickfunnels to zoho.Does this is integration support sending information/contacts collected in clickfunnels and sending them to zoho?

I’ve created a set of a couple dozen zaps that work to automate our project management process. What I’m wondering is if there’s a way to automate documenting those zaps. I would assume that zaps are stored simply as nested arrays of steps and configuration for each step. If there’s a way to access those step/config arrays, I could automate the documentation of each zap in our confluence instance.
I am trying to connect Anydo and PomoDoneApp, and I’m having some trouble with 404 errors and then supposedly successful tests that don’t actually do anything. I have been able to create a task in Anydo and then automatically create a task in PomoDoneApp, but updating the Anydo task just doesn’t want to happen. When I finish a task, switching it to “Done,” in PomoDoneApp, I want the task with the same name in AnyDo to be marked as “Done.” Even when I include the search function -- finding the Anydo Task with the same name as the PomoDoneApp Task, which seems unnecessary -- it won’t go through, usually with 404 errors. Sometimes Zapier will say that the zap is successful when I test it, but the Anydo Task isn’t ever updated. Does anyone have any suggestions?
