I’ve waited all weekend long for something to come through. I’ve tried it 3 different ways (listing the Product ID as an Order Bump, as a One Time Payment, and listed BOTH, nothing is working).Any ideas?Thank you.with gratitude, Britni
Hey, this is how the automation goes.There are 3 different types of events a customer can book from a shopify store I am working with1 day event2 day eventmonthly eventI have 3 different automations for all 3 of these.The problem I am facing is I noticed people add to cart and book more than one of the 3 events mentioned in one order.So the output of the order will have the details of more than one event in Zapier as line items and the automation is created to handle only a specific event using filters. So what happens is it messes with automation as the input to certain action such as “Format date” with have 2 inputs and this stops the automationIs there a way I can say to Zapier that if a line item has a particular title, then continue and if not then have different paths for each line items or something?
I have my zap that connects Stripe & Mailchimp. I need to transfer some user details along with Description Data Which is important. Based on the Description data the people will get categorised in Mailchimp with Tags. But sadly My Zap is not pulling the Description data. It is always set as null. Please let me know if any one have an idea how to fix it.Thank You!

We need to build a workflow to automate a process with a supplier, and I’m wondering if this is something Zapier can help with?The supplier is using SmartSheet and at the moment we need to manually fill in a SmartSheet form to send requests to the supplier. Zapier, of course, has an integration with SmartSheet but our supplier cannot give our Zapier account access to their SmartSheet account as the access control is not granular enough. So I’m wondering if there is a kind of Zap to Zap integration which would allow us to set up a Zap in our Zapier account which sends data and then triggers a Zap in our suppliers Zapier account which then adds data to their SmartSheet.Thanks
I’m working on a feature for an online financial management course, where the students enter their weekly expenses/spending, and are then sent a graphical representation of their spending over time. I’m not sure how to achieve this on an individualized basis. Right now, thinking student enters spending data and email in Typeform, which will send data to Google sheets, Zap graph to student email (through LMS, most likely Kajabi). Each student will have their own Google sheet which tracks their spending over time, which means I need a unique form for each student. How do I do this uniquely for each student? Is there a better way?
Hello I contacted Zapier Support but it has been 4 days and no reply, so I am hoping that someone can help. I need to create a Zap that pulls a Rybbon gift link and displays it at the end of the survey. I understand that the recipient would need to write it down but we need to be able to send the link at the end of the survey without collecting any email information. I am told that this could be done, but I need guidance. The direct connections with both Rybbon and the Zapier template require an email. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
My Zap from Acuity to ActiveCampaign only offers all packages, and I need help choosing a specific product.
Hi, hoping someone might be able to help.I would like to create a Zap from Acuity to Active Campaign when a particular product is purchased but when setting up the Zap, it only offers all packages and not a specific one. This is problematic as I have different products that I require different Zaps to tell Active Campaign to send different welcome emails etc… Is it possible this be developed? Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
Hi there, I am new to the Zapier community and hope to find a solution for the following setup I am trying to create: I run an Etsy shop that sells digital assets. Unlike most digital files sold on Etsy, my digital assets are unique, which means that whenver I receive an order, I send the buyer one digital asset from a depleting stock of inventory I have for that asset. An asset that has been sold to one buyer must not be given to another buyer anymore. Since Etsy does not have a feature that would allow for a depleting stock of digital inventory, I am trying to come up with the following setup that hopefully can be made possible via Zapier: I receive an order on Etsy. This should trigger an Order Confirmation Email via AWeber (AWeber can be integrated with Etsy, that’s why I chose that app. Would probably also work with other Auto Email Responders) The Order Confirmation Email should contain the information/the digital asset the buyer has purchased I want AWeber to draw the informatio
I am trying to take recorded calls from Ring Central and save the audio file as a record in a one drive folder. The files are coming over, however they are coming over in a weird format that is not audio. Any idea what a 371Z file is or what I need to do to get the actual audio to save in OneDrive?
I’m so sorry to send a msg like this but I’m not understanding what´s going on!I developed an app in Glide which record has a checkbox after payment.Once the user pay, the checkbox is marked and I should a message to the recepients. The trigger is exactly this field. Everything was running perfectly in the Automate.io. Here I create a zap like this. In the Automate.io had one for new and other one for update.Once the user marks the checkbox, this record is hidden or it´s not possible to mark twice. Additionaly I save the timestamp of payment. What´s happenning is the this zap is running for some rows that was payed in the past, with no reason!The checkbox field was not updated. Maybe I’m wrong, but it´s look like when a new row is added, the zap run for a random row, I guess!Looking the history, I review a succeeded tasks and the Data in is a payment in the past. Hi all!I just started using Zapier, so I’m reasonably confident that I’m doing something wrong - still, I’m hoping somebody can point me in the right direction! I set up a Zap to automatically transfer all PDF attachments from my mailbox to a Drive folder. I’m using Zapier for automating a variety of transaction types from the Ecwid Ecommerce service. For each transaction type, I create a ZAP to handle the specific data passed in that type.It is common that I find edge cases in a given transaction type that I need to modify the Zap to handle. Often these cases are trivial to fix and don’t need the original edge case data. But sometimes these involve significant enough changes to what gets passed that it requires me to actually have that data in the zap editor to create the steps needed.The problem is, I don’t know how to get access to older transactions from Ecwid so I can use that data (that has the edge case) when developing these modifications.The Ecwid app seems only able to fetch the last 4 records in its trigger, so if my edge case is farther back than that, I can’t find any way to load it during zap development.You might say I should just recreate these transactions in Ecwid and grab the data immediately. There are sellers who are well knows and working on many services with the help of their own team. To make their life easy, We want to provide them with integration of Asana, Slack and many more things that can help them to organize and scale better. As per my basic understanding, If seller create a webhook in his zapier account and provider xyz.com with webhook url to hit on specific action, We can implement this feature but I think the flow will be more tedious for seller and all of them might not be able to configure zapier easily. I want a solution where each seller don’t have to create webhooks of own their own but as an owner of xyz.com I can give them some way that they can configure things in xyz.com and do the integration of their slack and asana from xyz.com.
