I’m creating a zap where I need to send an email to a single MailerLite subscriber.

I can see I can send an email campaign to a group or a segment, but not an individual subscriber?

For more context, this is what I’m aiming to do:

  1.  Collect some data through CognitoForms (incl. name and email)
  2. Send these to BannerBear (dynamic image creation, based on captured data)
  3. Send out the URL of the generated image to the person who filled in the form in step 1.

Thank you,

Hi @CsabaBP

Try this Zap action: MailerLite - Create/Update Subscriber

Add the Subscriber to a Group.

Configure the Group to send an Email in MailerLite.

@Troy Tessalone

Thank you for the reply.  This is the scenario I’ve been considering, but there’s one possible flaw.

10 minutes later a second user qualifies for the email: this person will be added to the same group.  So far so good, but how do I send out my email only to the user who’s been most recently added to the group?

(Perhaps I could add another step in the Zap, removing the user from the group after sending out an email to them)

For now, I’m trying a new scenario, using ‘Email by Zapier’, which looks good for sending out a single email to the person whose action triggered the zap in the first place.

Try using an MailerLite automation: https://www.mailerlite.com/video-tutorials/automation-overview
