I’m trying to make a zap that will send refund information from Stripe to ConvertKit.Trigger: Refund on StripeAction: tag with ‘refund’ tag on CK There’s a problem with the mapping. Zap will pull up a lot of Stripe info for a refund, but not the CUSTOMER info: Customer Description [name], Customer Id, Customer Email. These fields are present in the refund export I can get from Stripe, but Zapier won’t show them so I can map them. I can get the name from another field, but for Refunds, it shows a lot of empty email fields, but won’t show me anything that actually HAS the email in it. Any ideas?
Hey, this is how the automation goes.There are 3 different types of events a customer can book from a shopify store I am working with1 day event2 day eventmonthly eventI have 3 different automations for all 3 of these.The problem I am facing is I noticed people add to cart and book more than one of the 3 events mentioned in one order.So the output of the order will have the details of more than one event in Zapier as line items and the automation is created to handle only a specific event using filters. So what happens is it messes with automation as the input to certain action such as “Format date” with have 2 inputs and this stops the automationIs there a way I can say to Zapier that if a line item has a particular title, then continue and if not then have different paths for each line items or something?
We need to build a workflow to automate a process with a supplier, and I’m wondering if this is something Zapier can help with?The supplier is using SmartSheet and at the moment we need to manually fill in a SmartSheet form to send requests to the supplier. Zapier, of course, has an integration with SmartSheet but our supplier cannot give our Zapier account access to their SmartSheet account as the access control is not granular enough. So I’m wondering if there is a kind of Zap to Zap integration which would allow us to set up a Zap in our Zapier account which sends data and then triggers a Zap in our suppliers Zapier account which then adds data to their SmartSheet.Thanks
I work at a data analytics company and one of our products is an API that returns a home’s value.Could a build a widget on Zapier that other website owners could place on their website?I would like a customer to be able to have a simple integration if they are non-technical but want the widget on their site.
Hello everyone! So I’ve made a Zap that should make the Record update with a new Status based on the ticket status in Zendesk: The Zap will trigger when the ticket enters new View in Zendesk, in this instance ‘Solved tickets’I then have an Action that will find the Record in Airtable based on the Ticket ID from Zendesk. The Ticket ID is already added to the Records from another Zap hence this step should work. Then the Zap should Update the Record it found through the previous step where it matched Ticket ID from the Record with the ID from Zendesk. But here is the issue: When looking at ‘Record’ it takes the wrong Record ID from Airtable. I don’t understand how to fix this issue. The Record ID listed in this step belongs to a Record with another Ticket ID.
Hi guys,I want that each post I publish on Ghost to be automatically shared on my LinkedIn Company Page. I used zapier but it publishes on my Linkedin personal profile, instead of Company Page. I cannot find a feature that allows me to select the company page. Just to clarify- I dont think I can log in as Company Page. It is always in the Linkedin menu on the left hand side when I am logged in on my personal profile.Any advice would be appreciatedThank you
I have been trying to use Zapier to bring a Zendesk Ticket into a conditional Kissflow form, is there a way around all of the required boxes so it doesn’t mess up the entries in Kissflow?Follow up question: how can I change the format of the dates in Zendesk to match what Kissflow wants to receive? My Zap from Acuity to ActiveCampaign only offers all packages, and I need help choosing a specific product.
Hi, hoping someone might be able to help.I would like to create a Zap from Acuity to Active Campaign when a particular product is purchased but when setting up the Zap, it only offers all packages and not a specific one. This is problematic as I have different products that I require different Zaps to tell Active Campaign to send different welcome emails etc… Is it possible this be developed? Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
Howdy, I’m attempting to automate the process of sending multiple people a set of instructions. Each person has a unique, name, check in, check out date, email and code. I’ve gotten Zapier to create my template slide using 1 row of information from my google sheet and it spits out 1 google slide that is correct but it won’t multiply the step out for each proceeding row below row 2. How do I do that?
Hello, I want to get some help from those who use “Push to Zapier” trigger in Slack for several connections. Background: I wanted to export a message and several elements of it to Google Spreadsheet with “Push to Zapier” function. (This was the only option AFAIK because I wanted to export messages from both private and public channels.) Plus, I wanted to use this function to be available to all my connections with Slack, so I duplicated a base zap I created into several ones to use them for several connections. I set up all the connections I have between Slack and Zapier, and all the zaps were successfully published and turned on. (In consequence, in my Home folder of Zapier, now I can see 10+ zaps that are basically the same except the accounts (connections) used for them.) Problem: After setting up several connections with duplicated zaps and turning all of them, I tried to use “Push to Zapier” function. However, a few of them get a message “Something went wrong with your pushed mess

Reading limits of Dropbox, I found this:Folder contains more entries than file_limit (4000)Right now, you can only watch for new files in a Dropbox folder if the folder has less than 4000 items in it. You'll receive a hard-error from Dropbox (and the Zap will not work) as soon as you go over this limit. We're working on increasing this though. Does this mean that I cannot send a file from a folder if this folder has more than 4000? And I cannot upload a file in a folder with more than 4000 files?I mean: what does “watch” mean?Every activity? Tks,Raffaele

There it's mentioned that the vote of the writer is added for this new functionality, and will be emailed when it is added.I have three questionsIs the functionality already been build? and if so, where can I find the solution? Are we as users able to see release notes from apps? and if so where can we find them? Hi, I am trying to set up a transfer from a google sheets file to resource guru, which sets up a new booking for each row in the excel.I have already transferred all of my resources and clients into resource guru in previous transfers, and so each of the rows in my google sheet file contains an employee name, project, client, start/end date, and hours per day record which corresponds to an employee and client already in Resource Guru. When I go to edit the transfer settings, I select ‘custom’ for the resource ID field, and then select the ‘name’ column in my google sheets (If I didn’t select ‘custom’ I would have to choose a particular resource, and then all of my transferred bookings would correspond to that resource in particular, rather than the resource varying per booking). However when I do this, I am getting an error 404 (entity not found), and my transfer is halted. How do I get round this issue, and bulk transfer lots of bookings into resource guru without having to separately
I have a “work-in-progress” form made using WPforms on a WordPress site that uses conditional logic to set the desired constraints and basically works fine. What I would ideally like to do is use the data from this form (customer contact info, seating – 1 of 4 choices, total meals, total extra crab – limited to 2 per meal) to pre-populate a corresponding WooCommerce cart. Is that something that can be done with Zapier? If not, are there code examples that would help achieve this and/or programmers that could help with this?
