  • Integrating Zoom and Eventbrite - Error when trying to create a Webinar Registrant

Hi. I’m trying to create a zap to integrate Eventbrite and zoom in order to create a paid webinar. Zapier isn’t able to find the webinar and I keep getting errors. It’s been a bit of a nightmare. Is anyone able to help please? Thanks, Simon

I’m flagging this for the community team to take a look at, but meanwhile, it would be great if you could post some screenshots of the errors you're seeing.

Hi @Austis, I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble with your Zoom Zaps!

There are some known issues with the Zoom Zapier integration and it sounds like you may have run into one of them. So that we can double check, I’m going to pass you to our Support Team who can take a closer look at your Zap. Someone will be in touch via email as soon as possible.
