Hi everyone!

 My Company would like to gather Google reviews via SMS from customers once a job is done. Does anyone know of good solutions. We use salesforce so what I’m thinking is I can trigger some Zapier connection once a job is won.

In regards to Zapier & SMS - you should be able to trigger an SMS message when certain actions take place in your Salesforce account.

 

To trigger the SMS, you can leverage the Zapier SMS trigger or check out some of these dedicated business text messaging solutions:

  1. MessageDesk (great for using an existing phone number to text customers)
  2. SimpleTexting (great for high-volume text marketing campaigns)
  3. Podium (great for online review automation and webchat)
