How to put a personalized stripe payment link in an automated email when a stripe payment fails (trigger)
Hello! In the event that a stripe payment fails, I’d like to be able to send an email to the customer with a link that allows them to pay for the product they were initially trying to purchase. I am struggling to figure out exactly how to do this and would greatly appreciate help. What I’ve tried so far:I have been able to get the basics taken care of. The “failed payment in Stripe” trigger is set up, and I am using actual data from a failed payment in the recent past.The next step is where the issue lies. Under the Action tab in “Create Payment Link for Stripe,” The very first line item, Price, is causing me issues. I have a handful of products, so when I select the Price line I can either hard-code one of the products and create a link no-issues. However, I don’t want to hard-code the product into becoming a product link. Ideally, I am able to create a link for the exact product where the payment failed. Nice to meet you.I am new to Transfer.As the title says, I would like to transfer data from Salesforce to notion.I would like to transfer data from Salesforce to notion.I set the scheduling for 1:00am, but once the data is migrated, there is no need for scheduling because the zap is already created.If not, what I want to do is move the data from Salesforce to the notion database and then if there are additions on the Salesforce side, I want to add them to notion as well.
Hello Zapier Community, We have a Google sheet that documents all the transactions taking place.For each month we have its own tab. At the beginning of each month, we have to manually change the zaps to use the tab representing that new month. Is there a way to have Zapier automatically switch to the new month tab depending on the month the transaction is created?I tried different ways of trying to set this up without any luck. Any help or tips would be appreciated.Thanks!

Hi everyone.I wanted to setup Zap so that anytime a file is uploaded in a specific Google Drive folder a Todo in a Basecamp is created.Seems a pretty straightforward thing to do and tests pass and that initial todo is created but when I upload file in my Google Drive nothing happens. Even if I run it manually, it just says that it didn’t find new files.I thought that it might be because of a dynamic name I wanted to create, so I used just a default name, “New Todo”, and it still doesn’t work.Any help is appreciated.
I’m trying to automate an email being sent using Microsoft Office 365 integration.In general the Zap works. However, as part of the ‘Action’, it gives me the option to use ‘Text’ or ‘HTML’ for the body format.Text works fine, but the email looks plain and unprofessional.I want to use HTML email, but when I select HTML there doesn’t seem to be any way that I can format the email/add an image etc. Even testing this option, the spacing doesn’t work - so it ends up looking worse than the ‘plain’ body version.Does anyone know how I actually format in HTML? Thank you!

I have a zap the that creates a Google doc of the latest Descript transcripts. The problem is the Trigger is “Transcript is ready” which is the initial automatic transcript Descript creates before manual correction. Is there a way to set the trigger to create the Google Doc after I publish the Descript transcript as a weblink? Thanks in advance.
I have an Asana Project that has multiple tasks under different sections. I set up my zapier as normal (after having connected my Asana account to my Zapier account). No matter what I do, I cannot get the zapier to find the tasks in the asana. I will add more tasks, I will mark tasks as complete, I will modify tasks - but still nothing. How do I get Zapier to “see” the tasks in my sections of my project?
I am trying to write a Zap that will query Microsoft SQL Server (this part works) and then creates a CSV in Excel, OneDrive, whatever (this part does not work). Excel will create a spreadsheet and let me add the required headers, but will not allow me to add the data from SQL. I tried creating the blank spreadsheet with required headers and using a second step to “add a row” but I can’t figure out how to get it to add the data from SQL. Help!
So, I set a trigger. Form submission in webflow. This connects, it finds the form, and the fields are available.It asks for an action. I connect to braintree, which it does successfully. Now that I am connected, the only action I can make is to create a new customer.Maybe I am not understanding the flow of zapier, but I see no way to accept donation payments in braintree while using zapier as a relay hub from webflow.Am I wrong in this assessment? I understand if the platform is not designed to handle this, but maybe I just don’t quite get how to configure zapier to bridge these two.Does anyone have experience with this? Can Zapier bridge webflow with braintree to accept donation payments?
Hi there, I’m a relative beginner to using Zapier to interface Google Forms and MailerLite. We use both to keep track of the members in our organization. Our members fill out a Google Form that has a few questions, with multiple choice answers to those questions. I’d like to be able to create a group in MailerLite for a specific response to a particular question. Is there a way to use a specific multiple choice answer on a Google Form (as in answer A, but not answer B or C) as a trigger in a Zap? If so, what are the steps I need to take? Attached is a screenshot of what I’ve been able to do so far, which is use a particular question as a trigger, but that triggers regardless of what the selected answer was. Is there a way to refine that further by specific answer? I can use the accompanying spreadsheet to our Google Form if need be, but would still like to refine by specific answer, rather than just that they answered the question. Thanks so much!

Find Event in AddEvent - The zap triggers with new or updated spreadsheet row in Google sheets and should update an event or create a new one where an event doesn't already exist.BUT I'm having some difficulty with duplicate events being created- the find Event in AddEvent step doesn't seem to be working(I have this working sweetly in a similar zap for Google Calendar - but for Addevent it isn't the same set up)To get this to work for the Google calendar I created an internal event ID which I output into the event description so that this would stay with the event even if other fields (like the event name) changed - this seems to work and then you are able to use the output of this 'find step' as the search term. (example attached) For addevent the Find step doesn't really make sense as there is no actual search term - it asks for the Event Id or invites you to add a search step (except this is the search step) = I must be missing something here!Interestingly For AddEvent there is actu

Hi all,I have a zap set up to create a new deal in Hubspot when a new row is created in Smartsheet. The final step in the zap pushes the Hubspot ID back into the Smartsheet row so it can be called upon when a separate zap runs to update the Hubspot deal when an update is made to the row in Smartsheet.I have a problem though. Sometimes the zap runs before smartsheet has had chance to populate lookup fields required to flesh out the Deal. And sometimes it runs before Smartsheet has had chance to create a valid row ID. This means sometimes the zap doesn’t run at all or mostly, I get two new deals created in Hubspot. One with various details missing and a ‘duplicate’ deal, albeit one which contains all the data I need and can be updated with the Update Row-Update Deal zap. Delaying the zap has no effect as the delay does not (re) call Smartsheet for the missing details once the time is up, it just proceeds with what has already been delivered. I am contemplating setting up some python code
i want to grab web pages and summarize them but when i tried it in Make.com i exceeded the token limit on openai gpt3.5. Zapier has a lot more going on and I’m newer with it just wondering if someone can give me a clue which tools to try to make sure i get just the text, and it fits in the window, despite the web page having a lot of garbage on it like menus and all that.
