Hello
Upon an order from Samcart, I have set up a zap to connect to a Mailchimp campaign with details of how to access the product. The zap has ticked as working but I’ve just bought the product myself and it is not. What am I missing?
Flow as follows:
Order in Samcart
Zap linked Samcart to Mailchimp campaign, tagged audience with a campaign email with joining instructions.
Purchased product and Zap is on - emailed not delivered.

Perhaps you can post screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured.
Pic attached. Though it says the tasks are working, when I tried to buy the product as a customer, I didn’t receive the email from Mailchimp with the joining instructions
