Hi everyone!!!

I need help in this integration

 

I want to use a extern form (jotform, typeform, pipefyform) to update a existing lead card in KommoCRM.

 

It's possible?

Hi there @Caio Barreto,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Jotform - New Submission OR Typeform - New Entry
  2. Action: Kommo - Find Lead
  3. Action: Kommo - Update Lead

Good question.

You can search Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions.

e.g. Kommo: https://zapier.com/apps/kommo/integrations#triggers-and-actions
