Trying to figure out how to have Zapier create a Transfer in QBO. We have weekly payouts from Stripe and would like that to trigger a transfer for the exact amount of Payout from our Stripe Bank (clearing) account in QBO to our checking account in QBO (where the cash of the Stripe Payout will be sent). I don’t see a way to create a transfer in QBO within Zapier. Any workarounds???
Dataslayer brings LinkedIn data into a Google Sheet and I’m using a Zap to update a board in Monday.comI am getting an error that the LinkedIn content is over 256 characters so can’t be zapped. I’ve made a truncated column in the sheet and experimented all the way down to 150 characters, but it still errors. Is this an error in Zapier or in Monday.com?

Hello, So i have clients boards on monday.com and the way it is formulated is that each client has a board in this format “Client code creative board” inside the board there are several groups, one of them is ongoing projects, each item is a new project and the tasks within the project are subitems. There are two automations im trying to set up but im failing miserably so i could really use help. i have been at this for 4 hours now with no luck. Hello everyone! I’ve an Excel sheet where a certain column will be updated once in a while. Let’s say that the Excel sheet contains 20 unique rows and the column can be updated for each row separately. I want this to be updated on the Records in Airtable, but as of now the updated information is only visible on 1 Record, so it’s like each time the Zap fires it updates the same Record in Airtable. Here are pictures of the Zap: So here is the Trigger Column ‘Skjul?’ I let the Zap find the Record in Airtable based on the Name of the row in Excel Here we can see that the ‘Fejl’ field in Airtable will be updated based on the Column in Excel. However the Record ID is wrong, and that’s where I think the error occurs. How do I fix this so that Zapier updates the right Record in Airtable?
Hello,On my website, a visitor can download documents provided she enters her email.All downloads informations are stored in a gsheet.Someone can download several documents.I want to send personalized emails from Gmail with Zapier to the downloaders and inquire if they have a question. Issue: if someone downloads 10 documents, I will send her 10 emails, 1 email every time she downloads something → not a good experience. Question:How can I send emails, let’s say one a week and not as many emails as I have downloads?Is there a way to automatically create a “summary”, and therefore send only 1 email per downloader? I need to be able send customers group of coupon codes. So the ideal workflow would be Customer fills out form on Squarespace → Zapier searches in Google Sheets for a range of codes → Google Sheets exports codes in emails to customer → Google Sheets updates list of codes to make them ‘used’ I found a really helpful article for doing this for a single coupon code (linked below), but need to be able to do this for batches of 5-10 coupons codes. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I am trying to connect my Jotform to Xero to create an invoice. We’ve set up the item code etc in Xero and linked this through the to Zapier form. When it comes to the Quantity I want to connect the number of attendees input on the form, to then calculate the amount on the Xero invoice. But I can see the filed code in Xero. Jotform … Zapier connection - doesn't show this field name…. What am I getting wrong here? I am taking it the quantity amount will then multiple by the item code set up in Xero - which will then publish the invoice.
Zap Sequence Breaks (& Stops Entire 45 Step Zap For Every Recipient) Every Time Someone Unsubscribes via Twilio with an SMS STOP Message
Using Facebook Lead Integration, we ingest email and phone number parameters. At some point in the 30 day sequence of “SMS texts” (these are educational texts), if an active recipient “Unsubscribes” from the Twilio texts with a STOP Unsubscribe message, the Zap sequence doesn’t know this and continues to ATTEMPT to send texts to the recipient based on their position in their respective 30-day sequence. At a certain point, the Zap STOPS all executions for all SMSs for every active recipient in the sequence with the ERROR message: Attempting to send SMS to an unsubscribed recipient. What is the solution/workaround to integrate the “unsubscribe” signal back to the active Zap so it opt outs the “unsubscribed” lead rather than continuing to send to it - thereby breaking the entire zap for every lead in the active 30-day sequence? This is very frustrating. The same happens for non-validated phone numbers.
I have a record summarising the incidents that a client is involved in during each month. For some months this could be 0 incidents, for others there could be 5 or 6 etc. I am trying to translate this noise into external facing notion pages that give a summary of the month for each client and the individual events they were affected by. Here is how I am currently using the Line Itemizer feature: It is giving me a great output: Which I was hoping I could use to now have a paragraph for 1: and a paragraph for 2: However when I get to a later text based action step and I look for the outputs I generated above, I get the same comma delineated stuff: Is there some other step I should be using?
Hello Everyone!I am using REST hooks in my triggers. I have been successful in subscribing the zap. I receive the url that I am supposed to hit with my data when I want to trigger the zap. I trigger it using postman POST request with data in the body as JSON. If it were to work correctly, I should receive a message on my slack. When I create the zap and click test trigger, it works. but when I try to trigger using postman, it doesn’t work. Am I missing something?
This seems like it should be simple, but I can’t figure it out. Fair warning: I am new to Zapier and new to workflows and trying to figure this out for my nonprofit.I want to create a workflow in which when a new google form response is submitted, two things happen:1 - a new Google Drive folder is created based on a response in the form (name of client)2 - the responses from the form are saved in the new Drive folder just created.I can get step one set up just fine. I cannot figure out what workflow I need to achieve step two. Once the first workflow is created (trigger=new response in google form, action=create custom-named google drive folder), I can not add another action that relates to Google Forms. I tried building in a delay but still have “no option available” when trying to create another action involving Google Forms. I presume they need to be built into the same Zap since it is self-referential (i.e., the newly named folder is where the response should be dropped, so it ha
I created a Zap to upload Zoom recordings to Google Drive. After the Zap created, I tried to transfer the existing recordings. Transfer tool only lists the last 6 files in Zoom, which happens to be created within the last 30 days. It is missing 90 recordings which I can see it Zoom. There are no filters in the Transfer tool that can possibly ignore older files. Is this a bug or a limitation in the transfer tool? Or Am I missing something else? I already disabled passcode and authentication on cloud videos.

Hello I have a check box (true/false) field on contacts in salesforce that triggers an Add Subscriber to Tag in Mailchimp. Every time I update the contact it runs through the actions and charges me tasks even though it is already tagged. Is there a way to use filters to stop it if it is already tagged? Can’t seem to figure this out

Hi there, I’m trying to figure out how to approve roles in discord using a kajabi assessment input. I’m trying to look up the user ID but I'm not sure if I’m doing it properly in zap.I believe it’s trying to use the discord name/ID input from the assessment then it should output the discord ID that I later use to apply the role change in discord? I’ve tried looking at other posts but can’t quite seem to find it. I’ve check to make sure the discord name in the channel is correct with the input in the assessment. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
