Hi, I need to connect facebook ads to a crm that isnt part of part of Facebook or Zapier, from what I understood I need to use something called webhooks and hubsoft, is it something that someone with not too much coding skills can do?

Yes, you need to use HubSoft API to push data to their platform from Zapier, here’s their documentation: https://wiki.hubsoft.com.br/article/api/

In order to send data from Facebook lead ads to your Hubsoft CRM, here’s the process you need to follow:

  • Trigger: New lead in Facebook lead ads
  • Action: Use “Webhook by Zapier” to make API call to the HubSoft platform. If you want to create contact, then you need to browse the documentation on contact in HubSoft then make your API call as instructed there.
