Migrate to a newer version of an app
Hello everybody,I have 32 zaps in my list which use an older version of the Moco app. I also have 11 zaps which already use the latest Moco app. Editing a zap in order to use the latest Moco version apparently would take quite a bit of time. The problem is that I don’t have that much time during my daily routine.Now I had the idea to export all zaps into a JSON file and perform a search & replace job on the selected_api and the authentication_id. After that, I would import the JSON file.I assume everything would get overwritten and would (hopefully) still work as intended. Has anyone ever tried this? Or is there a better way to assign a newer app version to all 32 zaps?Any help is greatly appreciated!Thanks,Sakis
Airtable attachment upload to specific google drive based on a reposne.
Hello,I’m working on creating an integration that would let me upload an Airtable attachment to a specific google drivefolder based on an response from the Airtable form.For example, if someone says they’re from Arizona and I want to upload their attachment to a google drive folder that’s just for Arizona.Right now, I have it set up so that Zapier matches the state from the Airtable response with a google sheet that matches the state with its corresponding google drive link link. This part works but Zapier doesn’t recognize the google drive folder link as the destination folder for the attachment. Perhaps I’m not setting this up in the right way, so would love any assistance on how to correctly set this up or if it is possible for Zapier to recognize a link as the correct destination for attachment.Thank you for your assistance.
Ecwid to update Google Sheets when fulfillment status changes
Most of my orders come in as “PAID”, so the topic thats similar to this doesn’t work for me.I want to be able to update my spreadsheet when the fulfillment status is changed in Ecwid (usually from PROCESSING to SHIPPING/DELIVERED). If this is possible, let me know!
Missing Records when I try to Snapshot an Airtable view to Google sheets using Transfers
I am having trouble with Transfers. I am trying to get a transfer to take a snapshot of a view in airtable once a week and add the data to a google sheet. There are approx 400 rows. However, every time I try to run it (whether it be "create spreadsheet row" or "Create multiple spreadsheet rows”) it only adds one or two of the rows. What gives?
How to use Updated File in Google Drive trigger when the file was created for another zap
Hi,I have a Zap that creates a google drive folder and a google doc and shares it to 2 people.I'd like to make an automation that when one of those 2 people update the file, the other one receives an email.The problem is, when starting a Zap with the trigger Updated File in Google Drive, I can only set up a unique folder that already exists, not being able to make it run for the folders to be created by the original Zap.Any ideas?Thank you in advance
Trouble with Google Ads Lead Form Zap to Google Sheet 'insert data' fields
Hi, I am trying to work out which fields are the ‘short answer’ text field from my Google Ads Lead Form to pull across into my Google Sheets spreadsheets row.The ‘full name’, ‘phone number’ etc are all working fine in the test (as seen below)… it’s the two questions with the short answer text that I can’t figure out. From looking at the screenshot can anyone tell me which ones (in the last screenshot) are the two questions fields? And how do you know which is the first question and which is the second question?Thank you :)
How To Detect And Increase Low Shopify Inventory Level Using Zapier?
Hey guys,I’m trying to use Zapier to automatically update inventory levels once a specific product gets to a low number.For example, Zapier will help me do this by:New Shopify Paid Order - Once an order is made, Shopify will detect a low inventory count (1-3) and trigger the zap. Zapier Paths - Zapier will filter by specific product SKUs using line items to continue the zap. Update Shopify Inventory Quantity - If it’s the right SKU and the product inventory is low enough, Zapier will automatically increase the quantity by a random number (For ex. 1-10)Step 1Step 2Step 3 However, there are a couple of issues I’m facing. I only want Zapier to continue and to update inventory if it’s LOW ENOUGH. It doesn’t seem to have this option in the Update Inventory step or with the Paid Order step. The next issue I have is that I don’t think Zapier is able to pick a random number between 1-10 to update quantity. Ideally I want Zapier to auto update inventory ONLY when it becomes too low and by a ra
I have set up a zap for a new email list. Trigger is a new customer and action add to subscriber list. The zap test works fine, but it does not add to the subscriber list in Aweber. The test adds an email, but when I trial with my email address it doesn't add the subscriber. What am I missing?
Policy Acceptance: Attaching Google Doc to Form
I’m trying to build an integration between Form, Docs, and Sheets where employees can review and sign-off on corporate policies (e.g. code of conduct). An employee could go to the Form, enter their name / date / etc, click on a hyperlink to a policy in Docs, review the policy, “sign” the form (e.g. input their name / check a box/ etc.) and click “Submit” (which would then populate a Sheet for record-keeping purposes).If anyone has any thoughts (or has solved this) please let me know.Thank you!
Zapier transfers data from WooCommerce to Quickbase
Hi community, I have a question on a Zap transferring data from WooCommerce to QuickBase. This morning I found that latest test triggers (new orders) were not triggering the zap to create such records in the QuickBase app as wanted. Then I found the test triggers and had to manually retest and continue them step by step and then the records are created in QuickBase again. What is the reason for that? How can I improve the performance of Zapier?I have like 18 steps including creating loop and splitting data, could that be a reason? Thanks,Davy

I have a complex Estimation s Spreadsheet in Google sheets. * indicates steps that I am stuck on.I Created Google form to act as data capture for New Quote Requests Made a Zap that Creates a new Folder name based on the estimate # in my form response spreadsheet *I need to input the entire line of data from the Form Submission into my Estimate Spreadsheet Template (Sheet 1 row 3 ) but it keeps posting all of the information into Cell A3 rather than into each individual cell in row 3 My Zap then Creates a Copy of my estimate template and re names it based on the Job # *I want this New Estimate spreadsheet to save into the new folder I created in step 2 *I want to have a sub folder that is created in each new folder from step 2If anyone has any input on steps 3,5,6 it would be greatly appreciated
Creating a path for a google form response feeding into mailchimp
I seem to be struggling with create paths on my google form and mailchimp integration. I would like to tag subscribers depending on what they select. The question requires a yes or a no answer. However, even after putting the conditions, they still get both tags.

Hello,I am having some issues getting, what I thought was a basic process working between Zoho Invoice and Clockify.All I want to do, is create a project within Zoho Invoice, and this then triggers a new project being created in Clockify, with the Job ref, description being shown, and attached to the correct client in Clockify.Here is my Zapier setup for Clockify;However, when I test this - I get “The app returned "CLIENT with ID 'ABCD' not found." I need responses from Google Forms automatically uploaded to ShareFile
I’ve been tasked with creating a temporary database for client information for a nonprofit organization that provides social services. I’ve turned the session note form and client intake form into Google Forms, and outreach workers will fill them out like surveys. I want it so that when someone submits their case note (Google Form), the entire submission gets uploaded/recorded into ShareFile in one piece. With the Zap templates I’ve tried, it only gives me the option to upload question by question - I want the whole form that someone’s filled out to be it’s own file.Is there a way that I can have the Google Forms responses automatically uploaded into ShareFile AND still have it linked to the Google Form so it’ll update in real time?

Zoom topic not sent over to Salesforce
Hi there,I am trying to move zoom webinar registrants into salesforce. First I need to create a campaign in salesforce to add them to. The only field in Zoom that I can see that could be used for that is Topic. The topic does not seem to be coming through in the test data. I can see the field in Zapier but it says no data. I can see the field in Zoom and it has data. Any ideas why the topic field isn’t coming through or how else I could automatically create and look up a sensible campaign name from Zoom in SF? Trello Zap to copy board?
Hello Zapier experts! New to Zapier, and somewhat new to Trello. Looking for a Zap that will copy a Trello board at the start of each month. I’m using free versions of each application. I’ve tried doing this through Trello alone, and haven’t found a way other than upgrading and creating templates, which I’d rather not do. I see there’s a “copy board” Zap, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to make it occur, say, on the last day of the month, so that I’m ready for the start of the next month’s task list.Thanks for any insights!!
