Hi there,

I am having trouble setting up a zap from Jotform to JobNimbus.

My goal is once a Jotform form is submitted it triggers an attachment to be sent to JobNimbus.

Upon setting up the action under “Customize attachment” > “File”
I am not given any choices for 1. File or 1. Attachment therefore I am unable to insert an action for the file/attachment to come across into JobNimbus.

I have also tried copying and pasting the public URL with no luck.

All I get is “File extension required”

Can someone please assist me on this one?
Is there a way to manually add a file extension in the set up for automation of the attachment being sent across every time a form is submitted?

If you know the file extension will always be the same (e.g. .pdf), then you can add that as part of the Zap field.

Example: [FILENAME].pdf

Otherwise, there may be another field sent from JotForm that indicates the file extension or full file name that can be used.
