Tasks getting hold post bulk input

 I was able to input 5-10 tasks and it was performing well, but when i started pasting 600 records, all the task are on hold. Even after I have deleted those entries, still the new tasks are on hold.

Hey there! This is a common phenomenon with Zapier, and although it can be frustrating - It’s in place to help save you money. The last thing you want to do is accidentally use up all your tasks for the year in one go. 


Don’t worry - They’ll be on-hold until you decide what to do with them


You have a couple of options -You can either:

  1. Replay your tasks from the admin panel
  2. Delete your tasks from the admin panel
  3. Play them (Although - If you’ve deleted the records, I’d advise you don’t do this, as they’ll all just error)
  4. Contact support to see if they can remove the cap (I’ve had to do this a few times, for some zaps, and it’s something I know they can do)

As @Saastronomical points out, you can contact our support team and they can typically increase that task limit, as long as it’s not super high :)
