Is it possible to pull statistics from a marketing email into Google Sheets? Specifically, here are the data points I need which Hubspot supplies: Open, delivered, click.

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
Also make sure to use the updated version of the HubSpot API docs as some endpoints may be deprecated.

It looks like you should be able to use Zapier’s webhooks app to use one action to pull that information out of the email containing hubspot’s information, and then have another action to update your google sheets.
