Asana Instant notification triggering an hour late!

Hi, Occasionally my workflow using an Asana instant trigger is firing an hour late! What could be the problem? How can I resolve this.

Most Asana triggers are not instant.

Depending on your Zap plan, those can take from 1-15 minutes to trigger.

What Asana trigger are you using?

I am using “New Task in Project”… it has the “Instant” label on it. Also, the delay is over 60 minutes.
