SMTP by Zapier - connection error

I’m trying to set-up a zap using SMTP by Zapier since Email by Zapier is limited to 10 emails per hour (according to what I read in another thread). 

The problem I am having is connecting. I’m getting an error telling me “DataPostError: Problem creating authentication: Our computers took too long.” Is it possible for me to fix this or is it an issue on Zapier’s end?
