Just wondering why the Facebook leads forrm_name field is not presented in the Facebook Lead Ads trigger? When I download leads by hand from Facebook it shows the form_name correctly so it does exists.

It’s a known limitation that the FB Form Name does not come thru on the Zap trigger data.
You can keep and use a Lookup Table in the Zap to do the data translation: https://zapier.com/help/create/format/create-lookup-tables-in-zaps
GSheets and Airtable can also be used as a Lookup Table.

There’s an existing feature request open to get the form name included in the data we receive from Facebook Lead Ads. So I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request. While I don’t have any estimates as to when it would be implemented we’ll be sure to email you as soon as it is.
In the meantime, using a lookup table, as Troy suggested, will allow you to convert the form IDs into the relevant form names automatically. :)

Popping into let everyone know Facebook Leads Ads now include Form Name in the data returned by "New Lead" Trigger even if a form isn't selected from the Trigger dropdown! 🎉
