Using appointment categories in Acuity to Trigger To ActiveCampaign
We are a large, national photography company. We have hundreds of appointment types in Acuity, but use categories to help them make sense. I would like to trigger an ActiveCampaign campaign based on whether an appointment scheduled is in a certain category in Acuity. For instance, we have categories separated by manager’s names and then we have a photo reveal category. The appointment types listed under managers names are the various cities. I want to be able to send emails through Active Campaign when someone schedules one of these appointment types but not when someone schedules a photo reveal appointment type. I know I could do this manually but that would be hundreds of appointment types and hundreds of zaps. Is this possible?
Including 'invite' field in outlook event creation
I have a knack integration where when a record is added on knack i want an event to be created in my outlook and a specific individual to be added/invited to that event. I am able to create an event no problem, but there is no option for inviting others to said event. is there a possible work around for this? thank you

Hi, im new to Zapier, I have connected my Facebook Leads to google forms, I have followed all the steps which have been taught through youtube video, but my zaps don't work, even there is new lead in my Facebook, but there is no task history, and no new data added to my google sheet, can anyone help me? as I don't know which step has error..
Zap gets email error but there's nothing in the Task History
I have a couple of Zaps that simply monitor for an RSS feed and repost its entries elsewhere.From time to time the Zaps email that there was an error, for example:We ran into a problem with one of your Zaps … Error Message: RSS: The app returned "500 - Internal Server Error".When I look into the Task History there are only Success status runs of the Zaps.Ideally I’d like to see the error and the raw response from the RSS server. I expect that in the Task History. How can I get that stuff in the history or somewhere else?
A business validation error has occurred while processing your request
I received this error and changed my tax settings to ‘zero rated’ which cleared it up. The zap was successful.Since then, I have added some new sales tax amounts in Quickbooks Online, and the error has returned. I have no idea how to proceed with my zap now.Please help.
Workast User not available in selection list
I created a Zap that triggers on a Slack Workflow form. The last step is to add a Workast task. When I select a user (Workast) to assign, the one I need doesn’t show on the list, even after Load More.She is in the system. I’ve created tasks for her and she’s completed them in the past several weeks. Any thoughts on why she may not be showing up? Thanks,Shawn
Getting an Error even when I put "True" as "consider a success" - zap being stopped every time
HELLO!! I have a 13 step zap that integrates Stripe, Pipedrive, slack, google sheets and zapier paths :D It's definitely a build I'm proud of but I'm running into a problem... Appending Emails Body to Google Doc, Problems with Looping and formatting
hello, I am creating an automation that for a given customers stores all emails in a google doc, if the email has an attachment , the attachment is saved in a file in a google drive folder and a link is appended to the text.Here is the flow : https://zapier.com/shared/c86f2c8fc039186fd8bb70b3949dfff62254bcfc I have a few problems:i have a list of customers and their name, i want that if the folder for the customer exists the attachment is saved in this folder, else drive needs to create it. do not know how to do this I want the folder where to save the attachment and the google doc is equal to the customer email in the google sheet list. i do not know how ot math this, also remember that in real life we may have more than 4 customers so the loop needs to be longer than the 4 emaisl i have here When i append the email text to the googlesheet the format is not good, the text is all sequencial without breaks. i have tried formatting the text box in the zap but it does not work last

ZAP and PayPal Personal vs Business Acct.
Created a successful ZAP after PayPal payment for a recent campaign. There is a trigger for a congratulatory email after a purchase on my App.I just received an email that the ZAP was triggered from a “paypal.me” transaction to my personal PayPal account. The webhook for the ZAP is in my Business PayPal account. The transaction was made to my Personal PayPal account. There are no IPNs in personal accounts.The only correlation I could find is that the Google sheet I am using for my App is the same as the email address for my personal PayPal account. Could that be the problem? HELP, please.
Best way to link to related modules in Zoho CRM
I want to create new entries in the module “customers” in Zoho CRM and need to link them to several other modules (i.e. Orders, Invoice and a custom module). So I thought the best way to do this would be: Zap #1: Create a new entry in the module “Customers” Zap #2: Create a new entry in “Orders” Zap #3: Create a new entry in “Invoices” Zap #4: Create a new entry in the custom module Zap #5: And finally run a separate Zap to link all entriesOr is there a better way to link an entry to entries in several other modules? Clickup > Esignature.io : fill up the place holders
Hello !I am a beginner at Zapier.I thought I’d manage to create my first zap easily, but it seems not.. here is my issue : i have created a contract template on esignature.io. in this template, i used place holders, so that i can reuse this template for different clients.Once i closed a client, i want to create a new task in clickup, with the culumns being the differents place holders that need to be filled in the contract.Once the task is created (the trigger), i want zapier to create a contract based on template and fill the place holders with the data in the task on clickup.I have found a place in my Zap asking me about place holders, but i cannot assign one column to one specific place holder...
Zapier appears to receive my leads but doesn't send to campaign monitor?
Hi! I’m currently running form lead generation ads on Facebook. I can see that Zapier is recieing my leads but they are not going through to campaign monitor. Also i’m a bit confused by the setup here? What should I put for email address? I don’t know their emails until they sign up? Please help.
Monitor a list of Instagram accounts
We need to monitor a list of Instagram accounts that are not ours for original posts (not mentions) and then route them to a Google Sheet. Any idea how I could do this with Zapier? Or another solution that integrates with Zapier? Social monitoring solutions I’ve looked at might work but seem like overkill. Thoughts appreciated!
Twilio Interactive Reponse + Google Sheets
I have a Twilio phone number where someone can call and provide some information using their voice. Within Twilio, I’m using a “gather input” widget. I would like that information to link to a Google Sheet (via Zapier), however, it doesn’t appear that Zapier allows me to pass information that was spoken/gathered on the phone call. This is disappointing if true. Any workarounds?
Campaign is not showing in drop down when setting up trigger ( Constant contact)
Does anyone know why I cannot select a campaign In constant contact. The campaign is an auto series that Zapier does not see to recognize. All regular campains are in but not he autoseries campaigns that sends email to new contacts and then 4 - 5, 6 days later etc. I have selected to update or create contact when something happens in a campaign…...
Zap ID's and Management
Hi,I’m starting to acumulate a lot of Zaps and would like to organise better. Firstly I’d like an exported list of all Zap’s and ID’s if possible. I can then use the ID’s as references in my documentation and workflow diagrams. Anyone got any ideas on how to do this with some automation or queries? Cheers
Xero contacts update/create from google sheets
I have a connection that saves new contacts to google sheets, what I am trying to achieve is when i update a contact in the google sheets, i want that contact to be updated in xero too, I think it needs a customer id for it to search in xero, i don't see a lookup option when creating the zap
Date Format From Gmail Gets Day/Year Wrong
I’m trying to extract the year from date component of a Gmail message. In the attached screenshot, the date pulled from Gmail is Jan 12, 2020.Zapier is seeing this as Jan 6, 2022 though. I checked the drop down for the “From Format”, but all the options are some variation of Jan 6, 2022.Any ideas how I can do this? All I want to do is extract the year from the Gmail date and then use that year in the next step of my Zap.Thanks!

Is it possible to download a ‘unique’ document from a URL in Gmail via a Zap?To explain…. I’ve set up a Zap to automatically forward invoices/receipts from Gmail to Xero and its been working great, but… I am increasingly finding that the email contains a URL to the invoice/receipt and not an attachment as such what goes into Xero is blank. So, my thoughts are to download the doc from the URL into google docs and from there to Xero but I am struggling to find how to download a document from the URL via Zapier. Grateful for any help. Segment contacts on active campaign based on product
Hi I’d really appreciate someone’s help with this. I have added contacts from Stripe to Active Campaign, and they automatically update. However, I’d like the contacts to be segmented into lists, or groups on Active Campaign based not the product they subscribe to on Stripe. I have Zapier, I can’t seem to create a Zap to do this, so I am looking for some advice? Is anyone able to help me with this? ThanksHayley
