Hi!

Is there any way of setting up a Zap that can “parse” details from the body of email and separating that into different custom fields in ActiveCampaign?

What you’re seeking is known as email parsing.

Options:

  1. Email Parser by Zapier
  2. Mailparser
    1. Recommended as it’s more robust
  3. Formatter
    1. Multiple steps would likely be needed
  4. Code
    1. Custom code to do the parsing logic
  5. OpenAI > Send Prompt
    1. Use AI to parse an email
