Multiple Zap outcomes

Hi, I’m looking to setup a zap connecting a store project management software. 

I’m trying to get an order to come through and depending on the customers name and one of the options they select, depends which list it goes into in the project management software. 

My question is, is it possible to set this up on one zap or do I need to create multiple zaps for each outcome?

Good question.

 

You can use Paths in Zaps.

Paths have limitations on the number of routes.

Also Paths require a certain Zapier plan.

 

Otherwise you can use a Filter step in separate Zaps.
