Hi,I get a daily, automated e-mail that contains multiple excel attachments. The goal is for the files to be auto-downloaded into a file on my desktop, so I can pull multiple files into a power query as needed.I’ve come up with a way to map all of the files into my google drive, but they’re being imported as a zip file. Ideally, I’d rather them be imported on a file level basis - not zipped. What I’m trying to solve for at this point is how to download the files once a day into said file in my desktop.My questions are as follows:How can I import the files individually, instead as a zip? Is this possible? How can I move these files (either individually, or zipped) onto a set folder on my desktop? Is there a more efficient way to do this that doesn’t involve parking the file in google drive first? How would that be done?Thanks!
I want to create a Zap for whenever ANY opportunity in Salesforce changes stage the Zap will send an automated message to a Slack channel. The message should contain the information such as, “Opportunity XYZ changed stage to ‘insert stage name’”. Can this be done? If so what steps should I follow?
I receive multiple files overnight from a set email address (roughly 15 different emails). I am trying to automate these files that are coming to my gmail to trigger a zap that will create a new folder for the date w/ all those attachments. This way I will have all these docs store by date so I can reference down the road. Any insight here?
I am having trouble with my Zap actually working. I have my trigger as a new payment in QuickBooks which is set to create a new task in ClickUp. There is no errors and I have paid for the service. There is nothing to trouble shoot. Regardless, the zap isn't working - it is not updating anything on clickup. I am logged in appropriately in both ClickUp and QuickBooks but to no avail. It appears it may just be getting their information exclusively from just invoice, but there is no way to change it to grab data from every invoice. Thank you kindly.

Hello, I am looking to receive my facebook leads by creating a contact on sendinblue. I configured Zapier that I linked to my Facebook forms I test and it created me a "test" contact on sendinblue. Now I'm starting the process, and I have no contacts created on Sendinblue while I have new prospects on Facebook, do you have any ideas where the problem could be?

HI,I try to created a payment to an invoice with stripe and quickbooks and I get this error message when I run a test. Failed to create a create payment in QuickBooks OnlineBusiness Validation Error: The payments you entered add up to more than the amount received. Everything looks good from my end. I wonder if there is a way to resolve. Thank you
Hello.Ik try to set up a Zap that is triggered in Google Sheet (when a new row is added) to JOTFORM (Then create a new subscription in Jotform. Now setting up the Zap, the attempt to connect to my Jotform account (EU so I answered ‘yes’ to the privacy questions) failed all the time. Anyone any idea what I could do to fix this?Your réponse would be highly appreciated.Best Regards;Luc
I wanted to automate reminder emails for upcoming payments due. Set up a zap to search for record(s) (multiple) that match an upcoming date range then set up another record search to find opportunities related to those records followed by a gmail action to send an email when the zap ran I was hoping it would run the gmail action for each record found but I received an error saying that it tried to query for all records found at the same time (in the Second get records action) am I approaching this the right way? is it possible to have a zap that auto runs daily for all records that match the find record query?

I am trying to set up a trigger for when a specific column value changed in board in monday.com but it is skipping the set up trigger section and going from “choose account” to “test trigger”. There isn’t a spot for me to select which board and which column I want to use as the trigger. How do I get the section to set up the trigger??
Hoping for a little help, I am trying to split some text into line items and it doesn’t seem to be playing the game. The input text will look like “3 2 2”, I am trying to split into line items so I can use the individual numbers at different places of a PDF. Using a normal Text-to-line formatter, on the surface it looks to be working: However when I try to use those line items to output the data into a DocuPilot PDF, it only shows the output as one individual line (3,2,2): Thank you!
Hello, will do whats needed from Hubspot. But my question is, how can I verify that my hubspot settings in zapier will allow me to access Tickets? Would appreciate any help on this :( As I want to set up when there are ticket changes from a specific list in Hubspot.
One of our suppliers has moved us to use Stripe Connect - we had a zapier link to Mailerlite from Stripe but this seems to have stopped since we have started using Stripe Connect - please can you tell me if we need to use a different API to link the accounts in zapier? Stripe are saying that we don’t need to do anything different but the data is not coming across since we moved over…...Any ideas?
I have a zap set up from calendly to go high level which goes by the name of lead connector in zapier.The calendar is set as a team calender that is set to round robin going to individual sales team member calendly accounts. For some reason when users are assigned a lead in the crm it is assigning the wrong contact to the wrong sales guy on occasion but not everytime.I have seperate zaps set up for each sales person where when a lead is assigned to one calendar then the zap is supposed to add the lead to the crm and auto assign the lead to the correct sales person. It is triggering correctly and sending the lead to the crm but for some reason assigning the leads to the wrong sales person on occasion but not everytime.I need some help with this if anyone has been through this issue before?
