Microsoft Office 365 error: Required field "First Name" (givenName) is missing. Can't read properties of undefined (reading 'webhook_id')
Edit -it has picked up a new contact now, and from the fields in the new contact I think I’ve dealt with the missing field (I assume the newer contacts in books have a different field name?)I now still have the issue in my comment below about “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'webhook_id')”thanks----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’m trying to set a zap to create a new contact in office 365 when a new customer is added to Zoho Books. At the testing stage the only contact that it can find is one from 2 years ago. The test data does have the first name field (although it isn’t called givenname). Need Help with Formatter Phone Number Validation
Is this formatting issue still the case?Issue with the Formatter: the Formatter is looking for a valid phone number (based in the country selected) and if there’s something that doesn’t fit, then it wont format it. If so, how do I use the code provided? Code by Zapier?

Hi. When trying to reconnect an App (Zendesk) I get the error below. I found an old post in this community saying they fixed it by using the correct email address. In my case, the email il 10000% correct. I’m really not sure what the issue is----We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: Unable to get a value when looking for "meta". My Zap isn't consistently adding new users from ConnectWise Manage to PandaDoc.
So this is an odd one. I have connected ConnectWise Manage and PandaDoc to sync contacts from Manage to Panda. This Zap does run and does not show any errors. But it does not pick up on every new user added for each company. Not sure where to start troublshooting this. So any advice would be help full.
Failed to create a track in Radio.co: The app returned "File is not an mp3 or m4a"
I set up a Zap that is supposed to upload a file to my Radio.co media library whenever a new file is uploaded to a certain Dropbox folder.Everything works/validates in the trigger part -- and then, when it gets down to the bottom of the action section, it gives me this error:Failed to create a track in Radio.coThe app returned "File is not an mp3 or m4a".The thing is -- they totally are mp3 files. I’ve tried several files -- and double/triple checked them. At a point (and, I’ve been at this for a couple of hours) I set the Dropbox folder to automate that any file that can be is changed in to being an mp3 upon upload -- and, still no dice.Kind of going a bit nuts with this.Can anyone help -- or does anyone have any ideas?

I tried setting this zap up months ago and got frustrated by an error I couldn’t resolve. Trying again and coming up on the same issue. Zap: When a form is submitted in Kajabi > Create a new subscriber in Beehiiv All goes well until it’s time to test. Then I receive the“Bargle! There was a problem with the data returned from this step! Please contact support.”Support was not helpful. Google Assistant Integration Broken
Hi, I’ve just learned about Zapier and it’s community, trying to get free from IFTTT and it’s weird shrinking tactics.I’ve copied and moved my applets/zaps over…However there’s no way I can link my google assistant account to Zapier. The website doesn’t work, there are multiple people crying about it the reviews sections as well. Speak to Zapier, Talk to Zapier commands don’t work (it either opens up the website, or calls a phone number 8773818743, or says I don’t understand)Can’t connect it from phone, Google Home Hub, Google Home Mini, PC, nowhere pretty much… Hopefully it’s a temporary issue, but still a lot of people are complaining about this issue.Thank you, have a great day.Alex
Can I auto-generate individual Zoho Invoice estimates for each product selected in a Ninja Forms submission?
I have a Ninja Form for my client to input their services request(eg. Product A, Product B...). All data will be syncd to Zoho Invoice immediately. I do this zap successfully.However, I would like to split products into different new estimate. That’s mean one single input form and create Product A to Estimate A, Product B to Estimate B...Is it possible to do that?Thank you.
Can I create GoHighLevel opportunities from Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs?
I am running a messenger ad on Facebook. When I receive a message in messenger I would like it if I could create an opportunity in GoHighLevel. Would I do this by using Facebook Messenger and LeadConnector to create a trigger in GoHighLevel? Also, I would like to do the same thing for Instagram DMs but I saw someone respond and say this is on the roadmap. Do you have an idea of how close that is to being created?

Zoho Creator App Error "Unable to load choices We're having trouble loading 'Application Name' data. The app returned "Invalid API URL format.".
I am new to Zapier. I want to create a zap so whenever a new record is created in hubspot, the same record should be created in Zoho Creator’s App (My Zoho Creator App name is “FMT Portal”). I created a trigger at hubspot and tested it, its working fine and it is able to fetch the records. Then I created an action for Zoho Creator app. It asked me to signin to Zoho Creator account and I did that successfully. I tested the connection and it works fine. Message is“Test successful! Your auth is working correctly.” But when in action section, I try to select the application, it does not show any app. It gives following eror“Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Application Name' data. The app returned "Invalid API URL format.". What am I missing here. Zapier never asked for any API URL. Do I need to specify API URL somewhere? If yes, from where to get this URL and where to put that? Any pointers in this direction will be highly appreciated.
Connecting Actual Time in Asana with Hours field in Harvest
Hello everyone,We are looking for a solution that keeps the Hours field in Harvest in sync with the Actual Time in Asana. Basically, when someone clocks time in Harvest from an Asana ticket, we would like to have that time also added in Asana’s Actual Time field and I think you call this integration “Update task in Asana when new time entry in Harvest”. Does anybody here know if it is possible to accomplish this using Zapier? Thank you very much!
High volume of API reads integrating with Quickbase
I am curious is anyone is familiar with this issue. I had several zaps connected to my Quickbase app. Most would be triggered from within Quickbase, but a couple would send data back to Quickbase from Gmail.Quickbase was wanting to charge us an astronomical amount because our reads were accumulating to over 10,000 a month, probably closer to 30,000 a month. We then disconnected all zaps using Quickbase and that corrected the high volume of reads.Has anyone ever encountered an issue like this? Or, does anyone know the inter-workings of how Zapier talks to a connected host that would impact such a high volume of reads?Obviously turning off the zaps have severed the ability to use some automations and has negatively impacted our workflow. So I’m curious to know how it works and maybe there’s a workaround to be able to utilize the power of Zapier and get our automations restored without being charged an arm and a leg.Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello we currently have a Smartsheet and Slack trigger where a new row created in a Smartsheet will send a message to a specific channel in Slack. The Smartsheet has 15 columns is there a way to have the Slack message text content only capture fields that have actual data input into the Smartsheet row.
Zapier Cant Find Hubspot Contacts
I am having trouble utilizing Zapier with Hubspot.I am creating a simple transaction where everytime a new contact is added to hubspot, zapier transfers that contact info to ClickSend (our sms marketing platform).When I test the trigger, the test fails. Trouble connecting API-created Leads to Pipedrive Contacts: Unable to pick up required fields

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.We have an API which creates Leads and Organisation in Pipedrive from form submissions on our website.We’ve run into a problem where the Lead needs a Person in Pipedrive to run follow on automations, however the API only creates the Lead and Org.The API does push the Persons Name, Phone, Email to Pipedrive, but currently these update custom field on the Lead. To work around this I’ve created a Zap to automate the Creation of Contacts in Pipedrive based on the creation of those Lead field (Name and Email).When I submit a form via the website it Creates the Lead and Org in Pipedrive as expected, however the Zap will not pick up these entries when testing.Because of this, I’m not able to view the required fields in the follow up steps, which are needed to Create the Person.When I turn the Zap on and submit an enquiry
ZAP detecting JIRA status updates
Hi All!I would need some help for the following issue: I have a JIRA Service Desk and using ZAPier to integrate it with other 3rd party apps. Now, when I look at step 1, which is defining the Trigger, I can see that ZAPier understands 2 events:Create IssueUpdate issueNow, regarding update issue, how can I define that inside update what would be the exact update I want the trigger to activate. Like I want only an action when the ticket gets closed. Because now anytime if any update happens on my tickets, then action is being done, but I want to define that if the update is ticket being closed, only then I want to have the action.Thanks!

New to Zapier and Ticket Tailor. I am trying to make a Zap that will import data from a TT ticket order into LGL. The sample order that Zapier provides uses UK address format, which does not have City or State fields. Is there a way to get data from those fields into an Action?Thanks for any help!
DocuSign Integration: Temporary File Links Expiring in 5 Days Instead of 30
We have been using file temporary file links provided by Zapier in our Docusign integration for some time. These used to last for 30 days which was perfect for our purposes. However the links now seem to expire after circa 5 days. Is this an error or a conscious change made by Zapier?
