Hi all, I’ve been using Google Sheets to Wordpress Post, with zapier, and its been working great. However I have a few questions for what doesn’t work well. I get an error if i try to align category field and tag fields to a cell in the Google Sheets to fetch from. The error i get doesn’t describe the issue. My only assumption is that the information in the cells dont match the existing categories or tags on my wordpress. Is this correct that an error will appear preventing connections due to this?

I would like to set up a zap that triggers the next email in a workflow by adding the person who signed the document in signnow to a segment in flodesk. I feel like i’m almost there but in the action that sends the zap it looks like it wants me to input a specific person who has already subscribed to my email. But I am looking for it to do it for everyone who signs through SignNow. Is this possible?
Hello, I need the URL of the file from Google Drive in order to upload to Affinity. It only allows to run the zap if it is a URL.The workflow is - receive an attachment form gmail - upload this attachment to google drive - retrieve the file from google drive through URL and run a python code to upload in Affinity, When I try to retrieve the file from google drive I can only find the name of the file, the file and the file id, but not the URL. Hello community!I’d like to have a comparison with you about the efficiency of a zap I’ve created.My objective is to creare or update a row in a G Sheet every time an issue is created (or updated) in a specific jira prject.To limit the tasks consume I’ve added a filter after the trigger in order to contro the issues passing to the G Sheet.The result is that every time the automation reach its goal, I have a consumption of 3 tasks.My question is: is there an alternative way to obtain my goal optimizing the efficiency? HiWe have a zap setup to trigger when a new file is found in a onedrive folder, then this document is uploaded into our document management system.However the issue is that not all new files are being recognised/found, and therefore many documents are not being uploaded.The files are generated from another software program that is scanning a batch of files, splitting them into smaller files and then outputting those files into the OneDrive folder. Quite often there are 3-4 files generated every minute for a period of 10-20 minutes.For these 20 files, only 5-6 of them are triggering the zap to start.Is there a way to get the zap to trigger for all files that are output to that onedrive folder?Thanks
I am looking for a way to use Zapier to delete a row from a Microsoft Excel sheet. I do not see an action that allows me to do this with Excel. I have seen the Google sheets options but this is NOT what I am looking for. Only excel. For now, I am just updating rows with a unique value that I will skim a sheet through to delete those rows in the future. Thanks!
I have multiple integrations between hubspot and microsoft to-do using Zapier. So I’ve got an EventBrite event, and I want to import ALL the fields from Order data into a Google sheet, however I’m encountering a couple of issues. I know that the google sheet has to have a header row, but I can’t figure out what the header’s need to be. It seems like there’s got to be some way inside Zapier where I can download the header fields after making the connection to EventBrite When creating the zap, I have to select each and every single field, which is just annoying as getout. Is there a way to do “select all?”

I use ClickUp but I have a client who is working in Asana. I’d like to setup a Zap to create a task in ClickUp anytime a task is assigned to me in Asana. I’m only seeing a way to do this by Asana project, not by assignment. Am I missing something? How would I do this without using 10+ zaps for every project.
I have an automation set up to send SMS notices via Twilio on a scheduled basis. Prior to sending the SMS via twilio, I use a Find Record in Airtable Action to filter all the records that match certain conditions on any given day. This list of recipients will change anywhere from 0 to 20 per day.The automation currently only runs once and sends a message to the first record found. How do I set this up to send the text message to all found records, not just one?

I am using Webflow and need to be able to embed user-specific iframes from tableau into the custom user dashboards I set up using Memberstack. I’m wondering if it’s possible to treat the embed code as a custom attribute and have it load in an embed on the page template or is there some other way to use Zapier to do this. What I mean is, trigger new user when someone signs up in Webflow and then once new user/returning user navigates to their specific page, there are tableau iframes for their specific . I’m aware that a separate sign in for tableau will be needed, I just need to make sure I can use custom iframes and not have the same iframe for all users.
Hi,I’ve a Zap sending an email confirmation to legitimate leads (ie. who field a form with their detail).This zap is connected with an Office 365 account from my company but all emails sent from this process gets into my spam folder as it’s marked as sent “on behalf of”... How to ensure this email will not get it into the spam folder?thanks PS: I’ve tested with a Gmail account instead ans it goes to spam as well….
Hi, i am testing google spreadsheet to VTiger.I setup a ZAP when a new row added in google sheet, it will update to VTiger as a new lead.The automation works, the data also transfer to VTiger,but the data all being display as question mark “?????” it can’t not display the correct character.i am trying both english and chinese character, both not working correctly.here you can see the screenshot of my google sheet and VTiger leads.can you point me out what might cause this issue?Thanks.
