How to check availability on multiple calendars before proceeding with a Zap?

Hello,

I have access to our teams separate calendars. I want to see if anyone is available then move forward with another zap. Is this possible?

I don’t have enough context to advise on the purpose of your Zap steps, but perhaps look into using a Scheduling app like Calendly or Acuity.

 

There is this Zap action: GCal - Find Event

But it expects a Search Term.

So you may have to use an advanced approach with the GCal API via this Zap action: GCal - App Extensions

There is an AI assist to help configure the Zap step.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone . We can’t use calendly but thanks for the suggestion! I will check out the AI assist API  option and post here if I can get it to work.
