Hello, I am trying to create a Zap that will allow me to automatically send an email out (via Outlook) to a client that has a link in the body of the email. That link will be copied/pasted into a task comment or description and will be unique to that task each time. Basically, I’m trying to work around having to compose a new email every time we add this link within the task. (note: we are a social media management agency and the link I’m sharing are upcoming post preview links) Thanks for any help or alternative suggestions you can provide!
Hello! -I’m attempting to integrate a pay what you want shop model using Zapier and Airtable. Right now I have the following functionality working:Using our shop API, the user places an order. A record is created in Airtable with their information and SKU numbers ordered. Zapier breaks multiple orders into individual SKU numbers. The records are looked up for the SKU numbers, comparing them to links in another spreadsheet. ← this is where I need help! An email is sent that sends the customer the download links for their SKUs.I have this working fine when it’s simply one item ordered. Hi I’m currently using Zapier to integrate between Salesforce and Xero. I’m able to push information from Salesforce to Xero happily, but when I attempt to pull information from Xero to push to Salesforce there is one field which doesn’t seem to be populating. The reference field from the Xero invoice shows as blank, it acknowledges that there is a reference field but appears as blank, even though I can see there is an alphanumberic entry in it? Could someone look into it and check that the field can be pulled correctly please? ThanksTom

How do I trigger a zap based-on the addition of a label?Using Pipedrive CRM, I use labels to identify Clients, former clients, etc. When a deal is won, I add the label “clients” to the person. Also, is there a way to trigger a zap based-on a deal being won? Thanks for your help in advance! Patrick

Rant:Who within Zapier thought naming the bulk data tool to Transfer would be a good idea? 90% of what you do with Zaps is transfer data from one point to another. Whenever I look something up about Transfer I get a billion results for Zaps and nothing to do with the Transfer tool. Second what is the cost of Tasks to use Transfer? Transfer isn’t even a Tag I can use below. UGGG Question:I assume Webhooks is supported since I am able to choose it as an end point. But I am not able to set it up as I would expect with Webhooks. Trying to understand where to put all my Webhooks data to then map it from the excel sheet. If anyone has any examples of Webhooks in Transfer (the tool) that would be a huge help. Thank you.
Aloha. I’m setting up a Zap to copy WPForms entry data to google sheets. When I create the Zap, I see all the fields I’ve created, but there are several “Additional Information” fields that I can export from WPForms into Excel, but are not visible to select when mapping fields during Zap creation. Hi all,I am trying to automate (once a day) the running of a Twilio flow. The main thing I need Schedule to do is trigger a Twilio flow, sending information from a Google Sheet (Phone Number to send text to, text message text). The way it currently works is:In Google Sheets I have Sheet1 which includes the columns: “Phone Number” and “Text Message Text”. In Google Sheets, I also have an AppsScript that (when I click manually) will send the data to trigger a Twilio flow that sends a text to each “Phone Number” in the column their custom “Text Message Text”. When the user respond to the text, I have custom code triggered in the Twilio flow that stores the output text in the same google sheet in the “Sheet2”I can’t figure out how to make the scheduling part work in Zapier. I see how to connect Google Sheets + Twilio, and Schedule + Twilio, but I can’t figure out how to use Schedule to trigger sending info from a Google Sheet and kickstarting a Twilio flow. Hi - I’m setting up a zap to create new ActiveCampaign contacts from Facebook Lead Ads - but I can’t get past the part of the setup where I test the Facebook lead ad trigger. All my info is set up correctly as far as I can see. I tried creating a test lead using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool - and that seemed to work but then when I go back to testing it in the Zap, it won’t work. Screen shot attached.FYI I’ve sent in a help desk request but haven’t head back yet so thought to try the community!

Hi all,I’m trying to figure something out here I hope someone can shed some light on for me. I’ve used Zapier before for Ninja Forms to zap a row to Google Sheets without any problems but this is my first time adding a form dropdown menu. I had hoped that I could add a zap just for the dropdown itself (labelled Show Name) but see every option listed in the menu as though they’re separate fields.: For those familiar with Ninja Forms, this is how the menu appears on the WordPress end: I’m scratching my head trying to work out a solution and would very much appreciate any assistance or pointers. Hi Everyone!I have been seeing formatter throwing “Disallowed selected_api” error throughout the day. I tested using different platforms and a remote connection, all throwing the same error. Other zap building functionalities seem to be working fine, it’s just when trying to add formatter it is throwing the error.
I am trying to add a single line item to existing Xero invoice which works fine when I don’t pass values for either of my Xero Organizations tracking categories. My two tracking categories are Seller and Program not that the specifics matter. What is interesting is when I am creating a new Xero invoice and I specify the text values for the tracking categories, it works fine. The invoice is created, the line item is added with the correct tracking values set.Here is what the config looks like for adding one existing line item There error I receive is:JSON for post data was invalid,Error converting value "Calvillo" to type 'System.Nullable`1[System.Guid]'. Path 'LineItems.Tracking.TrackingOptionID', line 1, position 1152.So Zapier seems to want the GUID ID of the tracking however when I pass that the line item is added but the tracking value is not set correctly. Shouldn’t it just work like the add a new invoice action where setting the tracking category values with the text repre
(I apologize ahead of time if this has already been covered somewhere)My co-worker sends me Outlook emails with candidate’s name as the subject, telling me that they have passed their background check. We have candidates in a spreadsheet, one row per candidate. I would like to automatically email the candidate to inform them that their background check is complete.Question: how do I ask Zapier to find the candidate e-mail address in my spreadsheet based on the subject (candidate name) of an incoming message?
