Hi everyone,I’m trying to Zap my Facebooks posts over to Google My Business.I keep getting errors in the testing.The error I get is “Couldn't create a post for this location: Request contains an invalid argument”.I have several GMB accounts/locations under my gmail. And I have access to all the Facebook pages and the GMB’s. I can’t seem to get this working and it’s driving me nuts!Thanks!
Hi, need to set up a very simple routine: move any file uploaded from one GDrive folder (opened to anyone within the company domain) to another folder (shared with selected people). Hello Zapier Community, I need some help to achieve my goal ! ;) I hope you can guide me to getting this work ! ** fingers crossed ** I have a Google Form that my leads complete.The GForms fill automatically a row of information in a first GSheet (responses from GForms)My Zapier triggers when the first GSheet has a new row and it starts by coping that row of information into another GSheet which with loads of differents calculations brings up on one specific Worksheet a report.Up to this all is OK ;) I now need to create a pdf of the specific Worksheet and send it out by email to the person who filled in the GForms.This is where I block.I have seen how to generate a pdf of my entire Spreadsheet but I don’t need to send out all my calculations etc… out. I just want the final report to be sent out.I saw how I could “publish to the web” in pdf and send that link by email but my page settings go out the window and if by chance I have 2 answers at the same time I am not confidend that it wo

Hi there, I am trying to run a Zap where: Trigger: Updated Field in SF Find Record Find Record Update Record (this is where my issue lies)My full zap flow works for my test record, but when I try to update the 89 records that are triggered from my trigger, they fail because I can only select a singular Record (Salesforce Object) rather than all of the Records (Salesforce Objects) that match. Are we not able to have all records update based on the triggers?
I am trying to integrate from my Mangeto 2 shop to Autopilot. It is easy to get Zapier to ad customers to a list in Autopilot, when a new order i made, but I can’t fined the parameter that tells my, if the custormer has signed up for my newsletter during checkout. Hi, I’m looking for ideas/direction/successes on how to set up zaps from JobNimbus to Keap around workflow progressions in JobNimbus. We can set up contact modifications--but I’m looking more for information about when a contact moves from one workflow to another in JobNimbus (zap to Keap), and then zap again (zap to Keap) when it moves to another workflow in Job Nimbus. Thank you!
Issue Since upgrading from the deprecated version of Nationbuilder, I notice these two fields Email Opt In and Mobile Phone Opt In have defaulted to the values of Yes and Yes. Whenever I change those values to our custom google sheet fields, Email Opt In and Mobile Phone Opt In, the zaap reverts back to the default nationbuilder fields when the page is refreshed. Why is this? Is this a bug? Temporary Work-Around We would prefer having the custom values on the google sheets because those values changes from YES to NO depending on what a person selects on the Google Form. For now, we have found a way to work around this by creating custom fields to the bottom. [Edited by moderator to remove private information from image]
Hello all. I realize there is a way to schedule Zaps. However, I am wondering if there is a way to schedule a Zap so that when it runs, it only picks up the latest update? For example, I have a Zap that triggers off of Pipedrive every time a Person is updated. The volume of updates is pretty high. We are thinking that it might be OK to only have the latest update from Pipedrive on a regular schedule, but I haven’t seen that there is a way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hello, I configured CallTrackingMetrics within Zapier and I’m able successfully test its connection. I can see all my field data being pulled into the test panel and I was able to also (one time only) pass my data as intended to Smartsheet. However, the data will not pass to Smartsheet despite new records showing within the Zapier configuration panel. I have a Facebook leads Zap configured and it’s passing data to Smartsheet without issue. Any ideas as to what is happening here?
Hello Zapier Community! I have two zaps… The first zap creates a spreadsheet (A). For the second zap, I need to write data to the first spreadsheet (A). To write this data, I need this zap to “find” the spreadsheet that was created with the first zap. Any ideas/solutions here are priceless! Thank you!

Is there a way to add data from new worksheets automatically into an existing worksheet as new rows?
I have set up a zap to read whenever a new worksheet has been added to an existing excel sheet. Whenever I run this trigger, it pulls in odata regarding the document, but not that data within it. I want to be able to take the rows in this document and have them be added as new rows within an existing excel sheet.Does anyone know how to do this or if it is even possible?
Hello and brand new to all things IT/apps/on-line: so, I’m trying to integrate Nethunt (CRM) to Zapier and it prompts me for Gmail email and the API key but wasn’t able to click continue, so thought it needed some time to update or something… Tried it today (7 days later) and same thing, login to zapier and takes me to nethunt-zapier prompt for gmail email and API key… Tried to input the same API key (Nethunt settings says created 4/21/2020) but try to hit continue and nothing happens -- TIA for any help you can give a desperate and grateful novice!
