Custom customer field in Shopify not appearing in Zapier to ActiveCampaign integration

We’ve created a custom customer field in Shopify, and are trying to pass this information to ActiveCampaign (our CRM) but the custom field is not appearing in the data dropdown list for the available Shopify fields.

Does anyone know the solution? Do custom fields automatically populate in the data dropdown list in Zapier, or are they not natively supported?

We’re using ‘New customer in Shopify’. See 1 below. 

 

We’re then trying to find the new custom field to import to a custom field in ActiveCampaign. See 2 below.

Might be worth adding a Zap Step: Shopify Find Customer (sometimes that retrieves additional data)
