Hi,I have a zap that sends out a welcome email to the subscriber once they registered. However, lately I noticed that 6 of the same emails are being sent. Is this a bug? I double checked my zap and confirmed only 1 email should be sent out. Do you have any similar experience and found a fix on this? thank you.
Hello,In my Zaps I have a bad behavior for the trigger "Updated Lead" for BullhornCRM.As soon as a Lead is updated in Bullhorn, Zapier does not launches my Zaps. But, when a new lead is added, the Zaps are triggered.Furthermore, the Leads retrieved correspond to the last ones that have been added and not to the ones that have been updated. I have the feeling that “Updated Lead” does the same thing as “New Lead”.The following screenshot also makes me think so since it says "Looking for new Leads..." in the second step when I trigger a manual run. Is it possible to have a closer look at this? It completely blocks the entire workflow that has been put in place.
Greetings, I’m getting the following error when trying to connect my Upwork account: Oh, foo.Zapier could not connect to your account.The `None` parameter is missing from the querystring.I’ve tried disconnecting and connecting again several times, but I always get the same error. Any possible help from this? I saw other posts that contained the “code” and “state” parameters, but not the “none” parameter, and none of them had any solution.
Hi,I’ve been using the “Create a row in Google Sheets from Slack messages with new reactions” and have been happy with it for a few months.The problem occurs when the slack message i am adding reaction is in a message in thread.This is what i would it expect how it would workwhen reaction is added to a parent message, parent message got saved. when reaction is added to a thread message, thread (child) message got saved. (1) is working as expected(2) i vaguely recall this works a few months ago but seems to fail on me now. but not 100%. If i try to do (2) It would save the parent message instead. I want to confirm if this is a bug or feature. Thanks for the help.
I would like to keep certain fields in Workitems in sync between ADO and Workboard. For example if the title field is updated in One, it updates that title in the other system. Does this require a custom trigger in each system? Context:Airtable view has new events appear. → In On24, a new event is created with details from Airtable → On24 event details are pulled back to Airtable. Some of my event date/times had extra characters (“ET” for eastern time) appended on the end. that caused the zaps to error out. I’ve since gone back to fix the Airtable data.Things I’ve tried to get it to work:I tried rerunning the Zaps to no avail. Zapier didn’t repull the data from Airtable to see that I fixed it. I deleted the zap runs to try to get the items to run again, “We couldn’t find any new records”, that didn’t work. Hey guys,So, my automation already have about 18 steps. I don’t want to add more as I do not want to risk breaking the flow so Im opting if perhaps I can connect the end of this automation to another fresh zap.I’m assuming I can make the last step a post to a webhook, then the new automation would be triggered by this. But how do I get the data from the previous zap to this new one?Any solution guys?
My data flows from Quickbooks Online to Docusign.I want the ZAP to locate a specific Docusign template (by name)I want the ZAP to USE the Template (create an Envelope that uses the Template)I want the ZAP to pass data from Quickbooks Online to the fields on the Docusign TemplateI want the ZAP to either simulate Docusign “Finish Later” button, or “Send” buttonI think the Quickbooks Online and Docusign APIs will support this, but I don’t see an existing solution.Any ideas how I can get this solution?My test ZAP will send the Envelope to the correct destination, but it won’t populate the data fields on the Template. Also, I don’t see a way to “Finish Later”.
I have one of my student that uses sharepoint to store their customers files and work within the office. They were happy about what Zapier can do but are hesitant to proceed for this reasons: Workflow within microsoft apps: are they able to take documents from within sharepoints and also store documents through Zapier?workflow originated from another app: suppose a customer sends an attachment via email, will they be able to save the attachment in sharepoints? the problem is they do not see the integration with sharepoints yet so they feel as if sharepoint is an island. workflow from sharepoint to other apps: Adocument is uploaded or modified in sharepoints , can i trigger another app to do something? Anyone can help on these three workflows?
I am looking into creating an integration: when there is a new data in Google Sheet like the one below, it will be added or updated on MailChimp.However, when I am creating a trigger on the Google Sheet, I am confused why it says Spreadsheet Row A, Spreadsheet Row B, and Spreadsheet Row C. Isn’t it supposed to be Row Number? The first row of the Google Sheet is for the information column (First Name, Last Name, etc). Hi there,I want to create a zap that tags users emails in gmail, triggered by an event in Knack, a database tool with users accounts. The twist is, Knack will have dozens of user accounts, and I want the zap to action for the user that is logged in to Knack - so instead of manually entering the user account connection for gmail, I want Zapier to pick up the user account from Knack - in other word, the user account connection for gmail is dynamic. Is that even possible? And how can I do it?
Hello, i have exactly the same problem but with my zap for Systeme.io to AWeber. It’s for my newsletter registration. It correclty works in test mode, but when i do a “fake” registration on my optin page on SIO, nothing appear in zap history and nothing appear in new subscriber in AWeber… I tried with trigger “new optin” and “new tag is added” but it’s still the same…
I run lead gen campaigns zapping form data to google sheets. I often have multiple leads come in before a zap runs. When the zap runs, that batch of leads is zapped all at once, which is breaking a google sheet add-on I’m using. Is there a way to space out the batch of leads within a single zap instance by 5 seconds or something?
