Copying a Google Sheet and IMPORTRANGE requires access to connect sheets
I have a zap that copies an existing Google Sheet that includes an IMPORTRANGE calc (Google Sheet A). Within the original sheet access has been granted to read the data in the IMPORTRANGE calc (it pops up in the cell initially and you select allow access). The IMPORTRANGE calc is reading to a Google Sheet on the same local drive.So the zap creates a copy of Google Sheet A and creates Google Sheet B. The next step of the zap provides users rights to anyone in our domain with the link (mindfulbirthing.org) to access the sheet. When I open the newly copied Google Sheet, the IMPORTRANGE calc requires me to manually “Allow Access” for the data to flow through. Any ideas of how to automate the access for this calc as part of the zap rather than a user having to manually step in? Any help will be gratefully received!

Is it possible to transfer the lost reason from GSheets into Pipedrive?
Hey community, I set up a workflow to push deals from Google sheet to Pipedrive. Some of the deals are already marked as lost in the sheet and have predefined lost reasons which match with the ones in Pipedrive.However, in the ‘Update Deal in Pipedrive’ action there is no possibility to transfer the lost reason from the sheet into Pipedrive. Is there any way to do this? Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks and best,Johannes

I’ve followed Mackenzie Child’s tutorial on creating a Webflow membership program using Zap and custom webhook to populate the member CMS collection with the videos they’ve marked as watched. I’ve followed the tutorial exactly, double checked my work, looked at multiple forums and tried multiple solutions but I somehow keep getting the same ValidationError.Here’s my Zap: And here’s the Webflow Collection it is Linked to I’ve used Postman to verify the multi-reference field name, which is why I’ve changed this to “completed-videos-3” in the data. I’ve used Memberstack and Airtable to store member data and all previous zaps seem to be firing fine, it’s just this final webhook that I’m having problems with. Furthermore, when I originally set up the webhook 3 months ago it was working fine, I don’t understand why it isn’t working anymore. OneDrive excel doc re-sizes columns every time the "add row" step is triggered from a zap
Hello! I’ve got a zap setup where one of the steps adds some information into an excel doc stored on a colleague’s OneDrive. The issue I’m finding is that every time the zap triggers, it re-sizes all of the columns to default and I have to manually re-size. My colleague isn’t seeing this happen on her side of things, which is extra strange. Any ideas are welcome!

Track Read Receipt through Zapier Email (Streak Integration)
Hello, I am trying to track read emails through Gmail. I added Streak integration, which allows me to track the email but it is not working when emails are sent through Zapier. If I send an email manually, Streak shows me the read receipt but if I use Zapier, Streak doesn’t work. Is there a way to track read receipts through Zapier and Streak integration or do you recommend a different method? Thanks.
Limit which Queues for new Ticket Notification
Hello, I have the New Ticket Trigger working with AutoTask however I would like to limit which Queues this fires for. For example I would like to have it fire for the Helpdesk queue and not one of the 10 other queues. Seeing how you can’t pick the Queue during the trigger setup my guess is that I will need to limit the permissions for my API user to be able to access that 1 queue. I also another trigger working when a new note is added to a ticket, and the same rule apply, just want it firing for that one queue

Bubble API Workflow every hour - parameter issue
I have a database of users in Bubble with a field called “Cash” and I’m trying to set up a Zap to run every hour that triggers a Bubble API Workflow that adds a 1000 to each user’s “Cash”. The Bubble API Workflow works when I use it with the Bulk option in the Data tab, so I know the API Workflow I’ve written works. With the Zap, I get stuck on the last step - see the first picture below. “Userkey” is the parameter key (see second picture below). Zapier seems to want me to put something in the last text box labeled “Userkey” but it doesn’t find anything and I’ve tried putting stuff like “User” in it that doesn’t work. I’ve also tried marking the parameter as optional - Zapier then makes it non-required but then while the Zap is considered successful on a test, it doesn’t actually change any data.Any suggestions? “Authentication Failed” error when adding connection to Teachable
We have successfully added 6 connections before without issues. Now it gives us an error message every time. Checked with Teachable and we are using the right subdomain to make the connection. Sent a request to Zapier, no reply. Authentication Failed:We don’t see any popups to “allow or “accept like it asks. Where is this? It’s not on the Teachable side.I don’t see where there is a place in the account to correct permissions. Any help would be great. Oh, and have a great holiday!
Shopify line items discounted price
I’m trying to automatically create and order from a draft order in Shopify. My idea was to use a webhook from shopify to Zapier and create a new order from there.I’ve been succesfull at creating an order from the data I’m receiving from the webhook. The only challenge I still have is that I can’t apply a discount on each line items with Zapier.I can only copy the retail price from the json received.There is no option for a discount. Of course I could apply a discount to the whole order but my goal is to have the customer see the retail price and the discounted price per item as I would get normally from a draft order converted to an order in Shopify.Is the an option missing in Zapier ? is there any way to acheive this ?I tried applying tansfermations in the line item field with no success.

Update booking details with new customer info
Hi everyone, I am trying to import our MEWS guest data into Airtable so that I can build a follow up email / sms procedure.Right now, I get every new booking from Mews into Airtable via Zapier. However, if a customer books for multiple guests and doesn’t add the extra names immediately but later (for instance thanks to one of the emails I want to send through Zapier), I can’t get those records to be updated. I see the Update customer trigger but that one seems not to have a booking / reservation reference in it. Anyone has any clue how to resolve this?thanks in advance!
NeonCRM API keeps disconnecting
Every time I connect to my NeonCRM account, the zap works for a few hours but then it stops working with the trigger test saying “An Account could not be found”… then I need to reconnect again. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now.The API key has not changed and to reconnect the account, I just re-enter the same credentials. Is there a problem with Zapier connecting to NeonCRM?The Zap remains on and simply doesn’t run. I only detected the connection problem during the test. The zap used to work and no changes were made to it since then. I have no way of knowing when the zap stops working except by running a test which I’ve been doing daily and it seems the connection never holds for more than a few hours.Any suggestions on what can be done to fix this?
