Hi Zapier Community, I'm trying to integrate Arive and Hubspot. However during the process, I’m having errors in my 3rd and 4th step which is seen in the screen shot below. ( Deal to contact association) I created manually a contact in hubspot using the same email with the test deal that I have. However, after it created a deal in hubspot, it did not find any associations (this should still be a success even if there are no associations found because of this However, when i tested it, the error occurred. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? My 2nd concern is the 4th step. Even if there’s a current contact (that has the same email) It did not create the association automatically. Hopefully you can help me.
I love the new folder functionality in Zapier (especially the nesting folders 😍), but I’ve run into a bit of a conundrum.A folder created by a user no longer associated with the account cannot be deleted. Even the sys admin of our team account cannot remove it, even though the folder is empty. Please allow for these folders to be deleted so we can keep a clean folder structure.
Hi,I need to integrate Salesforce with Intercom. The use case is as follows:When an email is sent from Salesforce a new push notification should be sent to the To email address(es) of the Salesforce email, in Intercom.So if I send the email from Salesforce to email@example.com a User in Intercom with the same email address should get a push notification in the app.Is this possible with Zapier? I tried using the Send Incoming Message for Intercom but from what I can tell is sending messages into the account related to Zapier, and the same I get from the description of the action: Send a message from a User into your Intercom app.I appreciate any help I can get with this use case.Thanks!
Hello,I am looking for a solution so that the VAT number appears on invoices in Quaderno. The tools I use:- Thrive Cart (online payment)- Stripe (linked to Thrive Cart)- Quaderno (for multi-country invoice management, linked to Stripe) When I sell a product online, the purchase is made on Thrive Cart. Customers can enter their VAT number but it is not sent to Stripe and does not appear on Quaderno invoices. Stripe and Thrive Cart support tell me to set up a Zap but I don't know how to go about it. > Have you encountered this situation before?> How can I do to avoid 2 invoices from being generated? Hi there, I use the “New Email Matching Search In Gmail” feature to filter out specific emails I use for a Zap. Now I’d like to add an additional filter criterion to make sure that only emails go through that do NOT contain a label. I wonder how I write this. My Search String looks like this so far:in:inbox from:firstname.lastname@example.org AND subject:example AND "text1 in email" AND "text2 in email" So my question is: how would I amend this Search String to also make sure that the email does not contain a label? Is it something like “AND no label”? All help is appreciated! Friendly,Mathias
We are integrating the Freshsales app with Zapier. In Freshales, they supports the multi-select dropdown. We have gone through your documentation there is no topic about multi-select dropdown. I am currently trying to set up automation so that the messages that are sent from our discord server will be sent over email also but the issue is that the people that would be reading the emails don't know our discord usernames and in the server we have all renamed ourselves to be easily identifiable but im having trouble figuring out how to get zapier to insert the nickname instead of the username. If you have any idea if/how this may be posible please let me know. Also i dont have a great deal of background when it comes to programing or api’s this is a project for my highschool robotics team cause our school is super strict about communications.
Hi Community,I’m having trouble with a simple Jotform Zap.The data that the user enters into Jotform is not coming through into the Zap fields. Attached is a screen shot of the Jotform and the Zap.Basically I just want the numbers that the user inputs for each flavour to come through. I’m sure this is something obvious that I just can’t figure out!Appreciate anyones help :)
I’ve connected Hotjar to Salesforce so we can follow up on survey responses. However, I ONLY want a Salesforce case to be created if someone answers No to a question in the survey but I don’t see any way to set a conditional Zap. Has anyone does this before? Thanks!
Hello folks, I have a ZAP that I want to trigger when a checkbox is ticked in a column.I currently have it set up to trigger when a column is updated, and all the cells in that column (where there are rows that contain data) have an empty checkbox in them by default. The problem is, it appears never to actually trigger this first step. I do have a filter set up for step 2 as shown here:But the ZAP never gets started. When I tick the checkbox in the spreadsheet, I expect Zapier to understand that as an Updated Row from Sheets. But it is not even starting the first step, so there’s no history to investigate.Why wouldn’t ticking the checkbox in the assigned column result in a trigger?
Hi all,I receive appointments for a company I do contracting with via an email to a Gmail address. Within this email is all the information, but also a Google Calendar event link which automatically adds the relevant details to my calendar.Is there a way I can setup a Zap that will add the Google calendar link to my Google Calendar when I receive an email from that address?

Hello, My goal is to connect a New Wix order to a Zoho Sales Order either through Books or Inventory whichever works best. Issues i’ve encountered are that Wix isnt pulling Real Data only pulls sample data. Also it does not have a field for the State so this will need to be a custom field i have tried adding it but i havent been able to. So i have tried using the Automation that wix creates. also i have tried creating a webhook but i dont know how to link the webhook. Anyhelp would be appreicated.
I would like a log of calls calls to be automatically uploaded to a google sheet by catching a raw hook from the provider. Is there a way that it could collect all the responses over the course of an hour, and upload them all at once in a single action every hour? The goal is to avoid it using up thousands of tasks a day, since it really doesn’t need to be updated live.
Hi there Zapier community,I have created a google sheet where my team (approx. 12 people) can enter their data (incl. their name, email address, customer contacts, etc.)The zap is set so that I will receive an email once they update or add a new column.My problem is that those emails show my Gmail address being the sender instead of the actual team member who updated the google sheet.Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix that problem? I would like to assign a sequential number to new Mailchimp subscribers, and was told this is possible through native Zapier apps, but am unable to find out exactly how to do this through the knowledge base and support topics. New subscriber > assign sequential number (ex: 5000, 5001, 5002, etc) to merge field This merge field will be used as a “reservation” number for further Typeform integrations and follow up correspondence. Any help to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
I’ve got a new process I’m working on to automate invoice creation. A report is created bi-weekly with payments that have been deposited into the bank. I have the customer name, amount, and a QBO class that needs to be used.I’ve created a form where the report is submitted through Airtable with a CSV file that has all the data in it. The date of the deposit is added on the form. What I’m trying to do is take the data in the CSV file (name, class, amount) and have it create an invoice in QBO for each line item. I am trying to send a file attachment from Jira to an internal API using Zapier webhooks. My trigger is set up as “New Issue In Jira Software Cloud”. My action is set as “POST in Webhooks By Zapier”. I set the Payload Type to “form”, but I don’t have any form data besides the file attachment to send. In the “File” field, I set the value as “1. Fields Attachment”. I think this is what I need, but have not found any supporting documentation.The problem comes from the tooltip for the File field: “A file object to be attached to the request. Hi,Zapier claims to be able to do this. However, when attempting to set this up, it is trying to force me to select a specific channel.My trigger should just be anytime a private message is sent to me (from anyone on my team). I’m able to set this as the event (see screenshot), but then going further down to the trigger, it’s wanting me to select a specific channel (see second screenshot) rather than just open-ended any message I receive.
