Hello, My goal is to connect a New Wix order to a Zoho Sales Order either through Books or Inventory whichever works best. Issues i’ve encountered are that Wix isnt pulling Real Data only pulls sample data. Also it does not have a field for the State so this will need to be a custom field i have tried adding it but i havent been able to. So i have tried using the Automation that wix creates. also i have tried creating a webhook but i dont know how to link the webhook. Anyhelp would be appreicated.
I would like a log of calls calls to be automatically uploaded to a google sheet by catching a raw hook from the provider. Is there a way that it could collect all the responses over the course of an hour, and upload them all at once in a single action every hour? The goal is to avoid it using up thousands of tasks a day, since it really doesn’t need to be updated live.
Hi there Zapier community,I have created a google sheet where my team (approx. 12 people) can enter their data (incl. their name, email address, customer contacts, etc.)The zap is set so that I will receive an email once they update or add a new column.My problem is that those emails show my Gmail address being the sender instead of the actual team member who updated the google sheet.Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix that problem? I would like to assign a sequential number to new Mailchimp subscribers, and was told this is possible through native Zapier apps, but am unable to find out exactly how to do this through the knowledge base and support topics. New subscriber > assign sequential number (ex: 5000, 5001, 5002, etc) to merge field This merge field will be used as a “reservation” number for further Typeform integrations and follow up correspondence. Any help to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
I’ve got a new process I’m working on to automate invoice creation. A report is created bi-weekly with payments that have been deposited into the bank. I have the customer name, amount, and a QBO class that needs to be used.I’ve created a form where the report is submitted through Airtable with a CSV file that has all the data in it. The date of the deposit is added on the form. What I’m trying to do is take the data in the CSV file (name, class, amount) and have it create an invoice in QBO for each line item. I am trying to send a file attachment from Jira to an internal API using Zapier webhooks. My trigger is set up as “New Issue In Jira Software Cloud”. My action is set as “POST in Webhooks By Zapier”. I set the Payload Type to “form”, but I don’t have any form data besides the file attachment to send. In the “File” field, I set the value as “1. Fields Attachment”. I think this is what I need, but have not found any supporting documentation.The problem comes from the tooltip for the File field: “A file object to be attached to the request. The request will automatically be converted to multipart/form-data, with the above payload type defining the sub content-type for the data being passed.”multipart/form-data is the content type that I need, but when I actually create a new issue and trigger the zap, my API responds with this error: “The app returned "expected a multipart form, got application/x-www-form-urlencoded".” So it appears that the tooltip is incorrect and the content type is ac
Hi,Zapier claims to be able to do this. However, when attempting to set this up, it is trying to force me to select a specific channel.My trigger should just be anytime a private message is sent to me (from anyone on my team). I’m able to set this as the event (see screenshot), but then going further down to the trigger, it’s wanting me to select a specific channel (see second screenshot) rather than just open-ended any message I receive.
I am picking up from an associate who no longer works on this task. We have an active Zap which is running well, taking web-received form info, and placing it on a spreadsheet. I can see the Zap works and flows to a spreadsheet. But I don’t know where the Excel spreadsheet lives, or how to access the results. Thoughts on how to deduce this?

Hi,Please help,I have parsed incoming mail and get PartNo information. My mission to find this PartNo in the Excel file on OneDrive and get whole row.Parser working good (test return OK). Parser can find Part Number successfully. I connected and successfully configured everything in Find Row in Microsoft Excel, but when I try to test it is return “400 Bad Request”.I don’t have any detail about error. Everything run well till the Excel test.PartNo is unique number in the table in the Excel. PartNo is alphanumeric value. The table in the Excel is error free table.Can anyboady help me?
When a user responds to a Survey Monkey survey I’d like to send a confirmation email like the attached to each indiviual responder. Via Survey Monkey this is only possible when sending from a Survey Monkey email, but I’d like to send it to all respondents regardless of the method they access the survey. I beleive this is possiblapier but I am not sure. Specifically I’d want each answer to each question a responder makes back to them by email, so literally an email confirmation of their survey choices (as above)

I have a condition that if the zapier finds fields in the table in GoogleSheet, then path A is executed, and if it does not find then B. I have certain actions in path A, and path B is needed to just stop the program, but it still asks to add an action. Is there a way in "paths" to stop the program (just exit it)?
Hello! It seems pretty straight forward however I only have the ability to trigger from Trello using a set amount of time before a card is due… is there a way to create a trigger off the fact that a due date is added? If so is there a way to check that there is also a start date on the card to ensure the accurate data is there to create the event?Ultimately I want to use this to schedule tasks in Trello that populate out to technicians as events. I can get it to work beautifully when testing but the trigger itself doesn’t execute properly (instantly when dates added). Thanks!
Hello!I had created a auto report based from information sent to me periodically as a CSV via email.Just to get an idea of how this originally worked:Gmail ‘new attachment’ recognized via a specific tag Trigger to activate a macro on the existing google sheet to clear data (report is based on outstanding tasks so continually adding is not productive) Utilities - Transform to pull the comma based CSV Google sheets add new line(s) based on specific columns of the csv tranformation Slack post (pulling formula results from the freshly imported dataWorks great! BUT the csv limit of transformation is tiny, we expecting a possible jump to about 7000 lines and the system sending these CSVs are pretty basic so can’t be split out smartly. What I need to know is can I straight up copy the attachment to a Gdrive folder to then copy that worksheet to an existing worksheet in another workbook? Hi, I'm trying to get Alexa to provide some data from a MySQL database. The test action gets a row of data: Six values. But, I can't publish the zap. Steps: 1. Trigger Phrase Spoken in Amazon Alexa - gets green tickAlexa app chosenTrigger Phrase Spoken Three phrases2. Find Row via Custom Query in MySQL - gets green tickTested and a full row of six values are receivedThe Zap status says I need to add another step.I want Alexa to read out the values.Any idea what that step may be?
