Hello.

A freshbooks Customer Rep recommended Zapier to the company I work for as a possible solution for us.

We currently use HouseCall Pro for our Sewer Business called Sewer Ninjas but we've run into issues where some customers aren't able to pay using ACH through the payment portal/ system HCP sends them. 

We previously used Freshbooks but needed a CRM and a scheduling system which HCP provides. 

 

My question for you is, can we keep both systems where by we still create customers and CRM / Scheduling through HCP and only invoice through Freshbooks when the Job is completed? without having to manually enter that info into FB?

SO the trigger would be invoice (through FB) after job is marked Finished/complete (on HCP)
