Hello friends! I’m struggling with what I feel like should be pretty obvious but I keep hitting a wall. See below for a breakdown of the issue: So basically, we have a bunch of digital assets with a standard filenaming convention. It goes Type_AssetName_Stage_Artist_Version, where Stage could be Rough, Clean or Color. For example:PR_Shovel_Rough_Bob_v01CH_Fancy_Lady_Clean_Joe_v03BG_Ext_Dentist_Office_Color_Karen_v02 I want to make a Formatter step that takes these filenames, whatever they are, and trim off the _Stage and everything after it. So PR_Shovel_Rough_Bob_v01 would become PR_Shovel, CH_Fancy_Lady_Clean_Joe_v03 > CH_Fancy_Lady, BG_Ext_Dentist_Office_Color_Karen_v02 > BG_Ext_Dentist_Office_Color I know how to do this using formula functions in either Google Sheets or Airtable. My formula finds either ‘_rough’, ‘_clean’ or ‘_color’ then trims it and everything after using FIND and MID. However, Zapier doesn’t seem to have the functions I need under Formatter > Numbers &g
Hi! I’m very new to both zapier and wordpress, so hopefully some of you guys will know this! We just launched a new website on wordpress and our website we have a lot of forms - e.g. purchase form, apply for scholarship and so on. Before we went live with the new website every time I tested the forms I got an email with the information from the form in my inbox. However after we went live with the website (and changed hosting) we don't receive emails. Is there any way I get set up zapier so when a form is sent in, it zaps and I receive the information from the form in an email? Or in a google sheet maybe? Both are great solutions! In the near future we want to change our newsletter service to Active Campaign so if it is not possible to zap to either Gmail or a google sheet an alternative is AC.Hope to find an answer soon :-) Thank you in advance! I am trying to create a zap that will convert a url into a pdf that can be stored in Airtable. The first zap is using Docusign to connect to our Airtable base which generates a url of asigned Letter of Agreement from Docusign. We now need to be able to take the url that is generated and convert it into the pdf to store in the same Airtable base. Is this possible?

Hi So I am sending leads from Facebook Leads Ads to Monday.com using Zapier. Once that item is created in a board in Zapier I want to send the lead info to Aweber so it send automated welcome email series. Having trouble as I can’t find the column values to send name and email to Aweber to create a new subscriber. I have tried everything and it’s bugging me. Please help! Thanks in advance
Hey all, I’ve noticed this Zapier button within my Shopify orders - the button is set to “add new paid orders to a spreadsheet” - I am wondering if it’s possible to configure this button to trigger other Zaps? Specifically I would like it to send an email with the order information to my manufacturer. I could create a zap that would just go ahead and send that email whenever a new paid order is made in Shopify, however, I like the idea of being able to review the order and send it when everything looks fine. If not - are there other ways to trigger a Zap “manually” from within a Shopify order? Hope someone can help :-)) All the best,Philip

Hi,I’m trying a simple upload from a mail attachment to lexoffice. IMAP E-Mail is setup and working.In Lexoffice I have to select a Filename with extension and the file itself.IMAP E-Mail just gives me “1. Attachments: (Exists but not shown)”, without a filename or extension.I tried to use *.pdf for filename with extension and the predefined attachements for file, but this doesn’t work.Where is my issue?The mail only have one attachement (invoice in pdf style).

Adding a person to existing monthly meeting on Google Calendar, using Zapier, but when the client gets the invite from Gmail and clicks "accept" it only shows up for the current month -- not all the future months, so only the current month is showing up on their calendar -- any idea why? Hi there, This is a bit of a different use case. We have a form that customers can use if they need replacement products. They can select multiple products and these are brought into Zapier as line items. The problem is that the “Create Order” function in Zapier for Shopify ONLY allows you to select one Shopify product. If you choose “Custom” and put the line items in, they’ll push to Shopify, but as new, unlinked products. I need them to come to Shopify linked to the products that already exist in Shopify to accurately decrement stock levels, etc. I can't figure out how for the life of me to do this. I have ensured that the names match what Shopify is expected to see. I did a lookup table for the ID that Shopify is expecting and put those in a line item, etc. to no avail. You can see in the picture below of what I mean. The closest I’ve gotten is the highlighted “fake products” on the left which aren’t linked to anything. I am trying to have a new SPECIFIC calendly event scheduled sync up with a Zoho CRM lead using an account number reference and update a date field with the date the scheduled event was made. I have tried several ways and keep hitting dead ends. Anyone have any experience in this?Or at least how to update a field in Zoho CRM from a specific outside source like Calendly or any other app for that matter. If needed I can get Calendly connect to another app like Google Sheets and then go to Zoho CRM or whatever… I just need this to work.
Hello,Is it possible to create a zap step that will delete a file attachment that is part of a record in QuickBase? Note that I do not want to delete the entire record. I merely want to automate the deletion of the attachment that was uploaded to a File Attachment field for the record when the attachment is no longer needed.Here’s what I’ve tried (unsuccessfully) in my Quick Base Record Update step so far:Leaving the file attachment field blank (nothing happens). Setting the file attachment field to “” (this just replaces the existing attachment with a new attachment of type .txt). I’ve got a Webhook GET request that returns a CSV file as Text. I’m trying to post that content to a new Google Spreadsheet. I’ve tried using the Sheets app, but it will only create a blank spreadsheet, it will not add rows at the same time.I’ve also tried uploading the GET contents via the Google Drive app, but it always creates a text document and I can’t force it into a sheet.I tried using Utilities to convert text to a CSV and then using the CSV text output, but that didn’t help either.
Hey, I’m using the CLI to create my triggers, the problem is, I want to use the Rest Hooks, but my product dont allow me to store more than 1 webhook URL for the same application/user, which means that I want only one webhook URL from Zapier (for each trigger I want the client to use), and then I can select what events I want to dispatch to that URL. (my side)So is there a way that based on the account conected (for example) instead of Zapier generating unique URLs (performSubscribe → bundle.targetURL) for each trigger, it will always use the same URL ? I’m trying to setup a scheduled Zap to run at the beginning of the month, but download a file from the previous month. I’m attempting to manipulate the date from the Scheduler by using Date/Time formatter to subtract 30 days from the date the schedule ran, so I can get the proper Month and Year of the previous month. Notice that I have to use the date so I can tell if the year flipped over or not. I can’t just subtract 1 from the month and use the same year.However, the Date/Time formatter doesn’t allow me to access all of the segments of the date individually. Also I cannot specify my own customer output format to create something like M,YYYY and then split that using utilities.So how can I have something run on 1/5/2021 but have available to the rest of my Zap that last month was 12 and last month’s year was 2020? I need month and year separate so I can insert them into a Query String of a URL.
Hi All, We own a hospitality company and have a business partner which requires that all of our clients sign contracts prior to booking our property. The contracts must be sent on the arrival date so that their staff members can add them to the parking system on their arrival date and remove them on the departure date. We collect the following information from the guest via a form which has a webhook which posts information to zapier:First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Check-in date, check-out date. This information is then used to populate a SignRequest template, which is signed by us. Once the document is signed, we use SMTP by Zapier to email the template to our partner on the day of the guest’s arrival. The issue we are running into is that about 20% of the time, the zap will fail with the error “request has expired”.
