I use Zapier to connect Gravity Forms to Asana. This had been working great until recently, I no longer can get my Asana custom fields to populate. The zap seems fine, I do see my custom fields listed on Zapier and they contain the info I want to pass on, but when I test or when a form is submitted that info doesn’t come through.If I add the same content to the description section in Zapier it comes though in Asana, just not if it is in the custom field.I even recreated the zap and a new Asana project from scratch just now to make sure something didn’t get mixed up along the way, but the new versions acted the same way.Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips?
Hello,I’m working on creating an integration that would let me upload an Airtable attachment to a specific google drivefolder based on an response from the Airtable form.For example, if someone says they’re from Arizona and I want to upload their attachment to a google drive folder that’s just for Arizona.Right now, I have it set up so that Zapier matches the state from the Airtable response with a google sheet that matches the state with its corresponding google drive link link. This part works but Zapier doesn’t recognize the google drive folder link as the destination folder for the attachment. Perhaps I’m not setting this up in the right way, so would love any assistance on how to correctly set this up or if it is possible for Zapier to recognize a link as the correct destination for attachment.Thank you for your assistance.

We want it to include IDEAL payment options like this below: But when the automation create the payment link it only shows credit card payment options like this: Do you have a way to fix it?

Trying to follow instructions found on the Zapier Blog to build a gpt3-bot for Slack (https://zapier.com/blog/how-to-build-gpt-3-bot-slack-bot/) but when I get to the OpenAI integration part it needs API keys from the OpenAI platform. My GPT model is in the Azure Cognitive Services OpenAI so it’s erroring out. Is there a way to use the Azure version for this?
Hello, I am trying to have a trigger starting with a Stripe completed checkout session from a unique payment link. The payment link is connected to a product (a teachable course) in Stripe. When the checkout for that course is completed the action is to enroll the student into that course they selected (or the course listed as the product in the Stripe payment link). Right now, I complete the zap, but I cannot find a way to separate the zap to enroll in unique courses. I hope this makes sense and hope you can help me!Thank you!!
HI,I have a form that uploads to a Gdrive folder and drops the attachments there. I would like to move the attachment to a new folder. I have created a Zap that is triggering when the new file comes in, but I can’t get it to move this new file to the new folder. It isn’t showing an error. Just not doing it.
Hi, I want to link tasks with opportunities. E.g. when a new task is created for a contact, add a relation to the opportunities that belong to the initial contact. When testing the trigger, I see the opportunity ID is stored in WhatID but when I come to the action part and select Update (or create) Record in Salesforce with Task as the Salesforce Object, I cannot find the WhatID.
How do I filter/retrieve specific attachments from Asana task (or subtask) to include in Gmail alert?
I have been using Zapier to connect Asana with Gmail, to send out automated Gmail notifications based on various Asana triggers.I am attempting to have the automation retrieve an attachment from the Asana task, and attach it to the Gmail alert. This is not difficult in and of itself, but I am unsure how to make this work reliably if there are multiple attachments on the task - basically I need to have Zapier pick the “correct” attachment, each time.Is there a way to reliably filter attachments for this purpose? I am open to using any sort of criteria (attachment names, Asana field IDs, etc.). I just need to know if such a thing is possible, and if so, what parameters/values to use as a filter.Thanks!
Hello,Im just testing Zapier and what i can and cant use it for…On sage we have 2 company accounts(We will call these A & B)Company A is our online shop - when an order comes in we want sage to get the order, customer etc which seems straightforward.However some of our products are custom ordered from company B so when A has no stock it has to purchase from company B using Sages Purchase order - Can this part of the process be automated ?Any guides to help me visualise this ? Hi!I am trying to set up a Zap that triggers when an envelope is sent on DocuSign, filters documents only sent by certain members of my organisation, and sends an email to the sender of that envelope. However, I have set up the trigger and run a few tests and it seems like Zapier doesn’t return the sender’s information, which is very frustrating because other similar platforms do. Is there a workaround to this that would allow me to find the sender’s name and email?

So I have 2 Wordpress Plugins that don’t integrate natively to each other. I am using fluent CRM and Ultimate Membership Pro. Both plugins can integrate with zapier using webhooks. I am new to all of this and am finding it overwhelming, to say the least. I need to create webhooks to get these 2 plugins to talk to each other. I want the info that is entered into the register form ( membership plugin) to go to Fluent CRM. Is there anyone that can help? Thanks.
Hello,I am looking for a community discussion board software to foster community discussions surrounding our technology. Moreover, I’d like this board to be integrated with an Issue Tracking software (to be determined) so some discussions can be turned into a ticket as deemed proper by the sys admin. Something akin to HiveBrite for community discussion and something akin to ZenDesk for issue tracking (just a couple examples, not wedded to these). I was hoping to find a pre-integrated solution that has all these features but I’ll settle for Zapier integration of disparate software suites.Any tips welcome.Thanks in advance,Meso
We integrated Zapier with MailChimp. When someone joins our network, two things happen: their email address is added to a specific audience in MailChimp and a welcome email goes out to them. However, the welcome email is missing a link to a member survey and I also need to change the subject line. I created a new campaign in MailChimp. However, when I click on the Zap to edit, I’m not seeing where the campaign was selected to change it to the new campaign. How do I switch campaigns without starting a new Zap?
Hello, I’m trying to create a zap that will dynamically update items in a Monday.com board if a record in Salesforce (Opportunity Stage) is updated. So far I think I’m on the right track with the following: Trigger - updated record in SalesforceAction - find a record in SalesforceAction - get column values in Monday.com I keep getting stuck in the Monday.com action since a required field is Item ID, where I’d have to select a specific item to update rather than allowing it to search for an updated opportunity stage in salesforce for all items listed in the board. Any help figuring out how to do this is much appreciated!
