Extract data from one website and configure another with that data

Hi Everyone.

Day 1 today...I have a small hotel. I get sent room configurations from booking.com. I want to be able to extract that data from the e-mail I am sent or from the booking.com website and have that configuration updated in my web-based diary. Is this possible?
