Hello, I am brand new to Zapier and am trying to figure out if this idea would work as a Zap. I haven’t even begun to attempt this as I wanted feedback before I tried setting this up.I have a Google Sheet that is automatically updated with rows of coaches contact information. Each new row contains multiple coaches’ contact information (see screenshot below). My question is as follows: is there a way to create a Zap that automatically uploads each contact to HubSpot even though the coaches’ information is in the same row?So for example in the screenshot above, the Zap would create two different contacts automatically in HubSpot: Contact #1:Name: John SmithEmail: firstname.lastname@example.orgJob Title: Head Coach Contact #2:Name: Susan JonesEmail: email@example.comJob Title: Assistant Coach How would I go about creating this, if possible? Hello!I have created a webhook and it successfully runs the test data but won’t being over any other entries but the test one. Any ideas as to what I need to fix to grab all the data? Is it because the Prospect that i required is a particular ID instead of the field ID? I can’t make it blank it always appears as the test data ID.

I linked Google forms and Trello, when an user fill the google form, I have a beautiful form, but some time ago I added categories and there are sections where an user doesn’t fill anything and even see the, but is it possible to force Trello or Zapier to send only that answer, which the user answered.For example: I have a Moderator and Builder applications. Is it possible to link a google sheet and an excel sheet if they are both stored in google drive? I’ve started setting up a Zap, but it looks like the Excel spreadsheet needs to be stored in OneDrive, which I don’t use and don’t want to use!
Hello,I want to create a Zap with the event “Create/Update Module Entry in Zoho CRM”,in which when two specific fields already exists, it will update the module instead of creating a new one.The problem is that when I define 2 “duplicate check fields” it checks if only one of them exists, and then updates if it does. I want the zap to update the module only if BOTH of the fields in a specific module are the same as the ones entered.Is there a way to do that? Thank you.

I have the following setup action and code:When testing the code, it works if the tag I want to remove is the first in the list. However, if the tag not first, it doesn't remove the tag, and leaves all of them in place. I was creating a Zap with a Google docs template and not all of my templates are showing up. On the previous zap a created all of the templates show up in the selection field. I have clicked load more and I still see only three template. I now only shows the same three templates in the other zap I created and does not show the template that I have selected for that zap. I am not sure what is going on. I have deleted and recreated the zap. Before this zap I created three other zaps without the same problem.
Hi there Zap community!I am having a challenge creating an event and adding only the attendees containing my companies email domain (i.e. excluding any external individuals). The attendee list is being passed on from another event, which will always include one or more external attendees. I am hoping someone might have an answer (after lots of browsing the community and Googling I was not able to find one). The hoped for Scenario:Google Event A is created. Only attendees from Event A that have @company.com domain will be added to Event B. The flow as of now (all in GCal):‘New Event Matching Search’ > ‘Formatter - text’ to split initial event attendees emails > ‘Create Detailed Event’ The Challenge:I have attempted to split the initial event attendee emails list into separate variables (with a comma as the separator), however the output value from the formatter still includes every email address. I am trying to fetch the sales order from zoho inventory to Zoho analytics and while testing, even one record got pushed into Analytics but the zap i am creating is getting disabled again and again whenever i am refreshing it. This is the system generated error(from zap itself) i guess.why i am getting this??
Hi Guys, hope you can help. Based on an Active Campaign automation I’m segmenting leads in to 5 groups, which all have a different priority based on unique webpage visits (size of the lead). These leads are given custom field inputs based on their website. I.E. the biggest ones are whales. See the screenshot below. I’ve managed to set up the integration with Asana already, I can create a task based on input from active campaign, but I can’t get this Size field within the task as an individual field. How the ideal situation looks like:New account is added in Active Campaign Based on input he be sorted on size. He will be shot in to Asana as a task. Based on the size he has in Active campaign the task is prioritized in Asana. What I’ve already tried, is to create a field Size with the whale as a drop down option. But when I’m using my Zapier like this, the Size field stays empty. Hope you guys can help me!
Hi, I would like to schedule a zap not for every day, but every *other* day. Is there a simple way to do this? The only similar solution I have seen is to trigger it for certain days of the week, but this is not every other day since there are 7 days a week. Also, I can imagine choosing only odd or even dates but this wouldn’t work if the 31st is followed by the 1st. Is there a way to do this seamlessly? Thank you very much.
I am wondering if I can set up a Zap to receive information from Stripe based on what product a customer has purchased, which then triggers Mailchimp to place them in a list/group with tag which then takes care of an email that goes out.I seem to have the Mailchimp aspect of Zap figured out, but not Stripe. The options in Zapier for Stripe seem to be lacking, but I need some support. Here is the scenario specifically: Customer #1 purchases product A from Stripe. Zapier receives that information, and transfers it to Mailchimp, and Mailchimp adds them to a list, in a group for all customers who have purchased Product A. I have that set up, but it can’t differentiate I would like Zapier to conduct a Zap based on the Product purchased in Stripe, so that Mailchimp will respond with a different email for product A, B, or C, regardless of the customer. 1. I used Zapier to generate new blog in WordPress from very new note in EverNote. The text part are fine, but the image items don’t work, and the images don’t appear in WordPress blog. I am looking to find a way to send out individual slides from a Google Slides presentation through Gmail. I would need to find a way to connect the emails from a Google sheet to the correct slide in the presentation, and then send that slide as a PNG in the body of an email (or at least have it create a draft). If that is not possible- it would also be helpful to have Zapier create individual email drafts for every google slide and then we can go in and put the emails in and hit send ourselves- any ideas would be appreciated!
