Moverbase Links Non-functioning

Body of email looks as follows:

ADDRESS: {{109077821__addresses__url}}

SUPPLES: {{109077821__supplies__url}}
EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES: {{109077821__items__url}}

NOTES:{{109077821__notes}}

CHARGES: {{109077821__charges__url}}
 

When the links are clicked I receive this line: 

{"statusCode":401,"apiErrorCode":40101,"message":"Unauthorized Access no valid credentials provided."}

If possible I would either like to know how to make the values appear for tools, charges, supplies, and address, or a way to make the links functional.
