Unable to find shared folders in Box

Hi, everyone, I’m hoping I’m just missing something obvious, but “find a folder in Box” isn’t working for me.

Here’s what I have in Box. 

And here’s the Zap:
 

the zap returns that nothing is found. I’m at my wit’s end on this.

It looks like one of our Support Specialist answered your question via email.

 

Based on our documentation, it seems that users can only access files within their root folders. Team folders that are part of Dropbox Business are not currently supported. From the screenshot you provided, it appears that the folder you are attempting to locate is a team folder.

Hi @Tryarbor 

Good question.

Some things to try:

If the variable value from step 1 (the number) is unique, then try only searching for that.

Or try putting double quotes before the first variable and after the last variable.
