I am trying to create an automated email though outlook that gets trigger by a workflow completion. I can’t figure out how to assign the email address from the respective client’s profile. It looks like I can only send the email to pre-determined email address vs. each specific client in each instance.Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?Thanks,Ryan

Hi everyone! I am trying to allow users on our Mighty Network to upload their own documents, and I read that Typeform may be able to help. However, it seems like Zaps and Typeform can only create forms that users can fill out and submit. Does anyone know if I can use Typeform and Zapier to allow users to submit their own documents to our Mighty Network? Here is some additional information that may be useful:Before creating a Mighty Network, we would use Box to have users download templates and submit their own completed documents. We decided to use Mighty Network because it would allow us to conduct a course and provide templates all in one place. However, users cannot upload their completed documents to Mighty Networks. The Mighty Network Help Team suggested that Typeform could be integrated with Mighty Networks and allow users to upload their own documents. I’m a newbie here making good progress with connecting to Hubspot CRM to TalentLMS to create new new TalentLMS users, add them to courses etc.What I would also like to do is to create a new Branch in TalentLMS from a field in Hubspot, if the branch doesn’t already exist.There doesn’t appear to be an available action to create a brand new Branch - only the option to add a user to an existing Branch.Is there a way I can create this action through Zapier, or is the only option to request TalentLMS to add this to their Zapier integration?
Hey guys wondering if anyone has ideas about this problem I'm trying to solve.I'm an advertiser that generates leads for my clients.I have a couple of clients that want me to submit leads to them through their referral system... which currently has no API or built in way to automatically, or bulk upload lead data.(They say it's being worked on but that could mean months of years.)So I'm trying to find a way to set a trigger in Zapier that grabs new lead info from a google sheet and then uses some kind of browser automation to navigate to the login page, login, fill out the referral form with the data collected in the trigger, and then submit it.Anyone have any recommendations for tools that could accomplish this?Thanks!
I’m currently using Thrivecart, and have set up the zap so that once the user purchases the product, it grants offer to my Kajabi product. My question is whether I can grant access to 2 products in 1 zap. If not, is there a workaround for this so that the user has access to both products?

Hello ! New on Zapier and creating my first zaps… I am currenly working with Calendly now, and once an event is created I would like to create a deal on PipeDrive, and a person related to this deal. (usually events attrack new people).My question is : With Zapier do I have to create the person and then create the Deal (2 steps) ?... or can I create the deal and directly associate it with the person (1 step)I tried to associate it directly (1 step) but it associates it with a random person even by putting "Custom" and connecing it it to the person who subscribes to Calendly.Thank you for your helpBen
When I create a new Zap and use Mautic as an action, when I try to retrieve new tags from it I only get 30-50 tags. New created tags are not loaded. And if I click on load new fields it says that there are no new fields to load. Any way I can retrieve them all?

I am relatively new to this and trying something new. I created a QR code that will automatically send a text message. It does not matter what platform it sends it to. I want to create an autoresponder to that will send information to that same number that sent the text.
When I pull in test data from Paperform, Zapier apparently pulls in either up to the ten most recent test cases (if they’re from today), or the single most recent case (if there’s nothing new in the last 24 hours). (At least, that’s what Tech support from Paperform told me.) If there are questions in the Paperform that are not answered in the test data, I cannot access those questions in the UI when I am setting up the Action in my Zap (e.g. creating a record in Airtable). Some of what I need is a specific part of a Paperform question (e.g. a SKU in a product question, or a price.) 1.) Is there a way to manually type in a reference to questions that are not in the test data? 2.) How do you manually reference a specific part of a question? Thanks
I went ahead and disabled the Google Meet for my organization and installed add-on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. When I want to create a new Calendar event Zapier is throwing the following error: The selected Google Calendar does not support any conferencing solutions. Please select a different Google Calendar. Is it possible to use Zoom or Microsoft teams with Zapier? Adding conferencing solution in Google Calendar directly works :)

I work for an MSP that is full stack support. I am the project manager and have come to find that Connectwise (CWM) project management is pretty abysmal. My engineers still need to enter time into connectwise and we manage our project templates in Connectwise.What Im trying to do is create a Zap to copy projects from our Managed Services Board and Professional Service boards into the appropriate boards in Asana. I need to copy project name, tickets, and tasks on projects as subtasks of tickets if any.I currently have a zap created from CWM > Asana to find and create MS Project tickets and place them on the Managed Services board, but cannot figure out how to get tickets or subtasks into Asana. One of our clients uses Double the Donation to capture matching gift information from their donors. We’re currently integrating Double the Donation with Salesforce, but not all matching gift company information is flowing through to Salesforce due to some other platform limitations.
