Checkbox from Woocommerce to Salesforce
New zapper here I’m creating new leads in Salesforce from Woocommerce orders. During Woo checkout we have one checkbox to agree to terms and another to opt in to the newsletter. I have checkboxes set up in Salesforce. When I’m mapping the fields from Woo to SF, I don’t get an option for those two checkboxes. Help please!
Setting Up An Auto-Populating Google Sheet!
Hi Everyone! It's my first day working with this program, so please forgive me if I get any of the terminology wrong!We're trying to auto populate a google sheet with customer contact information from our CRM, Job Nimbus (JN). But the way we had to set things up in Job Nimbus is making this a bit more difficult than I expected. In JN we set up each new lead as a customer AND as a job, for various reasons. When I go to auto populate a customer list we will need to pull data from both the job, and the customer. Currently I have set up two individual zaps which import applicable data to the same google sheet. They both add data for jobs and customers, when information is added, and also when it is modified. However, each time it is modified, it gets added to brand new row. Also, job info and customer info are also imported on separate rows. What is the most efficient way to link these - so that customer data, job data, and updates are all adding to the same line for each individ
Why cant Zapier complete drodown fields in Pardot from Linkedin?
I’m using plenty of other connectors that can tie up dropdown fields such as country from one service to the next (brihgttalk to pardot) i don’t understand why you can’t tie Countries from LinkedIn to Pardot in a dropdown? Is there a workaround?
Is anyone else displeased with the constant redesigning of zapier UI? I'm not in love with it
totally mystified by this design "improvement". It makes the process longer, not shorter. I have 50+ columns so I have to click, then pick the step, then click show all. Who is this designed for? Same thing with adding "Type or insert..." in every row. WTH?? Now rather than scanning to see where the filled ones are to make changes, they all look filled. Is there anyone on the zapier planet that doesn't know to "type or insert" in an obvious form field? If so, what are they doing on zapier? I would like to know if other users feel the same. So far these posts just get thrown away by the admins.
Google Sheets update HubSpot Contact Record then Trigger Workflow
I am creating a zap to push a tracking number from our shipping software into a field in Hubspot, when that record is updated a workflow in hubspot will trigger. We are dropping the customers shipping record into google sheets and plan to have the zap trigger when a new worksheet is created. We have everything setup. The question is how to update the HS record with the tracking number before the HS workflow is triggered. When you get to the action step in the zap “Create or Update Contact in Hubspot”, it is asking for the contact email for which a dropdown is there relating to the google sheet. I am not sure what to put in here?
Registration Form to Excel
People fill out a registration form in RegFox, and they most of the time have multiple people they register at the same time. So it is one registration but could have 8 people and all their info as well. I would like to have Zapier send that to excel with a different row for each person. Would I need to create 8 different zaps to make this happen, or is there a way to get it done with one?
How to allow to the customer of integration to choose options?
I am developing my integration with my own site.it will export users from my site to the Mailchimp service.I already have a Trigger which gives the list of users from my site and everything goes to Mailchimp smoothly.But there is a nuance that I need these users to share my integration with the customer.There are different user groups: family, work, edu, friends. We need to somehow allow the integration customer to choose which user groups will be exported.I would appreciate any ideas and suggestions how this can be implemented?
Zappier parses the date wrong when posting to google sheets
Zapier seems to format dates wrong when writing to google sheets.It converts this into thisIf I switch the 2 top with 2 bottom I get the same result. I have even tried having the columns around the table, I still keep getting 2 of the dates parsed wrong.This is extremely frustrating, and makes me unable to enter more than 2 dates properly. EDIT: Adding a fake row with correct format seems to have fixed it...

It is free to use and doesn't require a subscription.I set up a zap that forwards from Discord channel => Webhook. I was told this is a premium app and I have to pay for it.Do you charge money for webhooks now? What about this zap is premium and costs money? Is there a way around this?
Newbie zap help - Mailchimp and Act
Hi, I am a newbie so hoping for some help to understand if I am on the right track or my thinking is a little off. So I have just switched our email marketing from Constant Contact to a free Mailchimp plan. Right now I have 2 subscribers in my one audience, as I am in the process of adding my known unsubscribers and then my client contacts and then my prospect (opted in) data. So perhaps I need more contacts added to properly test the zaps and that’s my issue, but having just got Act Connect set up I wanted to see if it would do what I wanted! I’m trying to add a Zap to say when a Mailchimp subscriber unsubscribes, it updates the custom ‘Email opt out’ tick field to TRUE. So I know the trigger is ‘New unsubscriber in Mailchimp’ but then do I need an action to ‘find or create contact’ or is it just ‘update contact’? When I say ‘update contact’, a required field is the contact I want it to update but shouldn’t it be dynamic? How do I tell it what to match against (which should be the ‘E
Importing Data from Facebook Ads to Tokko Broker CRM
Hi everyone! First of all I apologize in advance for any spelling or syntactic error, because English is not my first language. I am having this issue when I try to add a Create Contact in Tokko Broker. Basically the Facebook Ads to Google Spreadsheet part of the zap was working great. My client asked me if I could add an automation for Tokko Broker, and granted me all access. I followed the step-by-step, linked the API to Zapier, and it seems like it was done successfully. However, when I try to “Send Data & Continue”, it enters a loading phase and then stays there forever. And when I open the Tokko Broker, I can’t find the new Web Contact anywhere. Any idea what could be wrong with this? Thanks!

I also want to create a Zap for when a certain step in a Workflow on Wealthbox is completed it will automatically start a certain Workflow. Is this possible?
Filtering a new app in Paths
Hi, I’m trying to create Zendesk tickets based on Google Sheet rows, however I want to add in a filter. The filter should filter out users with existing open tickets. Paths seems to be the way to go, however you can’t connect a new app in Paths, it needs to be in one of the previous steps as well. Is there a way around this?
zaps connect with quickbooks online, can I connect to QB desktop?
I really don’t want to use QB online. My desktop version does everything I need it to. However the only integration from paypal to QB is to QB online. I need to pass my items sold so I can keep inventory current. Any suggestions? I am expert enough with regex to be able to integrate text files

Required field "Email Address" (email) is missing.” The email address field is correctly matched… I don’t know what’s wrong… Please help me out. Thanks a lot
