Hi all, I’m trying to have a zap duplicate an existing card on a trello board, to which I can then add dynamic information. All I want is for Zapier to make an identical copy of an existing card.As simple as that sounds (and Trello itself offers “copy card”), I can’t seem to be able to do that. Am I missing something? Could build in cool features, like walking into a cafe and then receiving all news about that cafe that has ever been published. Or could plug it in to the mapping services, so that people can be notified when they walk over a pipeline, or their goods are being delivered and so on. Could link it up to DHL and then track package progress in real time. Heaps of options would become available with that functionality.As another option, would it be possible to have a Google Search addon? Could auto search and then pipe through url’s of the top x links… would be extra useful for data scraping, sentiment analysis and so on.
Hello,I am currently using Zapier to create a new Google Drive folder as a custom workspace for 2 or more users.I can create the Drive Folder, but I’m unable to limit sharing to just those two users. Options are limited to anyone-with-link or my-domain-only. Limiting access on a per-user basis is critical for us.Anyone know of a way to add specific users via a Zap? I’m not technical enough to manage this directly through Google’s API.Thank you!
I want to build a round robin type of zap but for hundreds of people which is why I’m hesitant to use the Storage function. Ideally, I would be able to post a trigger word into a designated Slack channel and the zap would pull a random name from a spreadsheet that hasn’t been used yet. I would be able to post the trigger word multiple times if need be, i case the person sent back was out or otherwise too busy. Below is a sample of the spreadsheet I have set up. I want the zap to only send back a name if their ‘Spotlight Date’ cell is empty.
I’ve successfully created a Zap to Create a Receipt in QB from a New Record in Airtable, but I can’t figure out how to populate the “Payment Method” in QB (several options such as Cash, Check, Billpay, etc.) even though I have the identical information in a field in Airtable. When I select the field in AT to populate the field in the new QB record, it doesn’t recognize it and leaves the “Payment Method” blank. I’m wondering if I have to use the “Payment Method Codes” that are in QB instead of the “text” coming from Airtable. Any suggestions? Thanks,Dave UPDATE - SOLVED: Probably not the ideal solution, but as a workaround, I created a formula field in Airtable to change the “Method of Payment” (text) in AT to the corresponding (Payment Method” code (numeric) in QB. I then matched that new code field to the “Payment Method” field in the QB action in the ZAP and that worked.
We are a real estate brokerage that uses various third party softwares that are necessary to do our jobs.One of those (And maybe the most important one) is Property Base’s software called “Back Office” (Previously called “Back Agent”). I would very much so like it if I could create a new transaction in Back Office that automatically creates a deal in my Hubspot account with some of the info fields auto-filled. Also, if tasks could auto-populate into Hubspot when a new required item is needed in Back Office, that would be amazing.I’m sure this would help plenty of people in the real estate industry that use Back Office. I am currently trying to hook up Facebook with Salesforce. If a person clicks on an add or ends up purchasing a product (linked from Facebook), I’d like to capture that in Salesforce. But it looks like the only option I have is for a FB post or lead. I’ve had the lead zap running for a week with no results. I’d like to capture customer information using a zap but it does not look like it is possible. Am I missing something or are leads really the only thing that can be zapped?
I want to create a Google Calendar Detailed Event description field containing some of the line item fields from a Quickbooks online invoice.Quickbooks is sending me a line item variable for each field:Since Google Calendar doesn’t support line items, how can I combine these fields and add them all to my calendar description field? I managed to have Zapier output selected fields to a Google sheet like thus:But when I try to use this in the calendar step it only has input data options for the first row created:There can be a variable amount of line items in each invoice (won’t always be 3). Google sheets isn’t necessarily required if there is another way of getting this done.Help is much appreciated!
Hi there, Relatively new to Zapier and very limited coding knowledge so go easy on me. The Goal:To create an email with barcodes generated from ean codes from a variable list (line items) of items depending on the information passed via webhook in json format. So, I have created the webhook and I am receiving the JSON when the zap it triggered. That was fairly straight forward.My issue now is parsing the ean code out of the json with some other information like product name, price, department. The ean code has a prefix and suffix of *. When I parse this out I would then like to generate a barcode, code 39, which can then be embedded in the email on each line. The final email that is to be sent should be essentially like a shopping list with a barcode attached that can then be scanned by a handheld scanner. Now this may seem like a crazy idea but I am dealing with some pretty old legacy systems that have no API capability (and wont be getting it) so this is very much a workaround to spe

Wufoo form field not mapping to Salesforce.Wufoo gives fields number API names, I have API ID’s of 127, 128, 137 etc. It is these ID’s that are being sent to Salesforce. Of course, Salesforce doesn’t know what to do with this data. Is there a way to manually map fields between Wufoo to Salesforce? I was able to to that for a Google Sheets mapping to Salesforce in the past, but don’t see a mechanism here. What am I missing? Any advice would be helpful ThanksHolly Thompson
Hi I'm new and this is a little confusing.I'm trying to get a Zap connection with Pintrest and Discord I thought I could get new pins I post to boards on my pintrest auto posted to my discord server to save me having to manually copy them over.But this is where the trouble starts, I have it seems got the zap working but all I am seeing on the discord channel is the image url link and not the image itself. Is there something I'm doing wrong here? And can somebody explain to me what I should be doing to put this right. Thanks in advance

I am trying to integrate from my Mangeto 2 shop to Autopilot. It is easy to get Zapier to ad customers to a list in Autopilot, when a new order i made, but I can’t fined the parameter that tells my, if the custormer has signed up for my newsletter during checkout. Hello! First time using Zapier and I don’t seem to find how to do what I need. I have a recurrent event on Calendar, from monday to friday every 3 weeks. I want a zap that creates another event on an especific hour on the same days than the first one. I’ve tried “new event matching search” to “create a detailed event on calendar” but I only get to create a new event for the first day on the original event and no repetitions. Any help? Thanks!!!
I’m trying to connect Facebook Lead ads New Lead to Constant Contact as a New Contact. There’s a field requiring an Email. There are only 2 email fields in the drop down, the firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com . Both caused an error. I’m not understanding what field to draw from to enter into the email field to complete this trigger. I see that I can enter a static email into it, but none of the dropdowns set an email field to map to it. If there’s a form, then the email field in the lead should match the contact email field in constant contact. How do I make them connect with the fields mapped properly from lead ad to contact?
I m tring to use a Jira Service Desk Integration with messenger. The issues in JSD is created from Facebook messenger perfect!But when i try to makes some updates and that update need to be infromed to the conversation always give me the error :“You can only send an automated message to the user with a PSID of '234567890123456' within 24 hours of them having sent a message to your page.”I can’t use it.Could you give me some help?Thanks uin advance.Regards!
I have created a zap that fires when a salesforce opportunity is Closed/Won. When the Opportunity is closed/won, it then grants an offer in Kajabi. A very straight forward zap. I have gone through the process in the test phase of zapier and everything works perfectly - Zapier reads the opportunity in Salesforce and grants the offer. However, when I turn the zap on it doesn’t work Zapier doesn’t seem to be picking up the data from salesforce - there are no error messages. What i can’t understand is why it picks up data from salesforce when testing, but not when it is live. We have multiple other zaps where Salesforce is the end point, however this is the only one where salesforce is the trigger. Is anyone able to help me work out why this isn’t working?
Hi.I’d like some clarification on the Mailchimp event, New Subscriber in Segment or Tag. The notes for this event say “Triggers when a subscriber is added to a segment or tag within an audience. Should this trigger when an existing contact is added to the segment or has the tag added? I’d like the Zap to run each time a tag is added to contacts in an audience.For example, add the tag, Zap runs. Remove the tag. 2 weeks later, add the tag, Zap runs.Thanks in advance.Shane
