Does anyone know how I can use a lookup feature from excel or google sheets to take the next available value in column A row 1?To be specific have a set list of preassigned account numbers that are listed in column A and just have the zap select the next row down each time it triggers to reference to my docusign template field? I want to eliminate the manual entry if possible. If Excel or Google sheet is not a viable solution for this, can anyone recommend anything?
I currently have a Wix website that I am selling subscriptions on. As part of the subscription I want to assign a premium role in my Discord server. I can see that there is Wix automation to Discord role integration but I’m lost as to how to set it up. I was suggested this format. Hi There,I am playing around more with how we can use zapier to streamline areas of our business. We work with a number of clients that are currently set up in a CRM system, PTD app and a private FB group. Is there a way when we remove a client from one it removes them from the others? Don’t mind the order to do this but would be great if instead of having to remove the client from all 3 places we can just do in one click. HI I try to send emails with pdf attachments to google drive. save attachments to google drive and send the an email to a new email address with a new title and body text. ich can save the files to google drive but it creates a Zip file. i can unzip with using ConvertAPI but then it creates URL and this ulr I dont know how I bring them back to google drive ? how can I download them to google drive to send them away by email ? when I upload again to google drive then it uploads again zip or just a txt. but I need the PDF file. thank you find advance for any help
Hi all, This is probably quite a basic question but I just can’t seem to work it out...Last week I successfully set up a zap to ad a row to my Excel file for every new Shopify order. So far this has been working like a charm. However, it would be even better to add a row for every product purchased. This made me wonder if it would be possible to set up the following:For every product purchased within every new Shopify order a new row should be added to my excel file.At first it seemed like I should just duplicate the zap and change the value for the product column. But then how do I make sure the amount of rows added matches the amount of products purchased?This would probably require some sort of for-loop, but how should I set that up within Zapier?Any help would be appreciated!
Hello, I am offering this plan to my customers:a monthly subscription for 7.99€ with the first month discounted (3.99€) The way it works right now is as follows:someone purchases the plan on my ClickFunnels website which automatically creates a one-time 3.99€ charge on Stripe The issue is:I need to manually add subscription to all these customers I would like:Stripe to assign the subscription automatically to these new customers (hopefully with the help of Zapier) However, the limitation on Zapier I see is:that I can’t filter out which customers are assigned this subscription. I am offering multiple products so don’t want to add this subscription to every new customer. I tried to add a filter step, but I couldn’t find “Product ID/name” or something similar based on which I could filter my customers. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I’ve seen that some people are experiencing the same issues and I’ve tried some of the solutions suggested, however Zapier doesn’t seem to pulling in the metadata from Stripe? Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? I have two zaps that relied on the use of metadata to determine the source of the payments. Is there any other way to achieve this? such as by which Stripe webhook was triggered for example? Any help would be appreciatedThanks
I’m looking to manage 2 different schedules with 1 zap if possible, or 1 calendar that will publish under 2 different colors. Is that possible? Or is my only option to distinguish between the 2 different calendars to have 2 different forms with respective zaps and calendars?
Hi All,I am trying to integrate Typeform to our Zoho CRM. We use Typeform to capture Leads on our website, which has a series of qualifying questions, some open text, others in multi-select and picklist format. All the fields also are on our Leads module in Zoho. We want to create a new lead with each TF submission (note: Typeform’s direct integration doesn’t work). However, I am getting totally stuck in the UI for mapping these fields.I created a Loom (below) to show my screen and talk through my confusion points, if anyone has a couple of minutes to view and give any insight, I’d greatly appreciate it! I’ve setup a Zap to get the name of the user who posted on our Facebook Group Page to Asana as part of the Task Title but I’m getting a No data result for the Zap.I’ve checked with the Zap Data In and there seems to be a value being sent by Facebook but not the one that I was looking for.Is there something I’m missing here or is it not possible to pull the name of the user who posted on our Facebook Group?
We have a trigger from Service Titan that is returning a large payload of data. There are a number of custom fields that come in the payload and we need to extract one of the custom fields. I haven’t been able to find much documentation on how to extract trigger data that is coming from another application as the start of the trigger. We have to connect to the Service Titan tigger as Zapier is listening for the data from that connection in order to start the process. (we have many customers we provide this service for and we have to conenct via the Service Titan App. I would like some assistance on how I might be able to extract data from the returned payload sent from the starting Trigger. I’m trying get the value of Job Summary to Post in this example payload. Hi! We are looking to create a zap where: once someone unsubscribes/pauses their subscription on our vimeo platform, they are automatically added to an unsubscribed email list on Flodesk. The web hook topics we need to trigger this are:For paused–– customer.product.paused customer.product.resumedFor cancelled–– customer.product.cancelled customer.product.expired I have created these in Postman because Zapier X Vimeo doesn’t send through those lines of code (photos below), but am unsure the step needed to then connect this Postman data to our Vimeo interface so the integration can run. For reference this is what we are trying to achieve:1– The customer.product.paused / customer.product.resumed / customer.product.cancelled / OR customer.product.expired webhook needs to be triggered in VIMEO2– When one of those lines have been triggered in VIMEO, we will need Zapier to add the customer to an unsubscribed email list in FloDesk What steps are needed next? I am trying to connect NationBuilder Event RSVP to Zoom *Meeting* Registration. It seems that Zoom is doing the work to allow both Zoom Meeting Registrations to be zap-able: ...and when this is done, then we’ll be able to zap over Zoom Meeting Registrations into NationBuilder.However, the ability to go in the reverse direction would be better for the user experiences within NationBuilder websites.[ I’m going to ping the NationBuilder team too, since this currently isn’t possible from their side, even when Zoom finishes the work. ]Thanks again for Zapier - such an easy-to-use tool!
When I post something to IG, I want that post to also appear on my Twitter account with the caption, a link to the IG post, the image of the IG post, and all of the hashtags (about 50 characters) included in the caption. I understand I would need to truncate the caption to fit everything, but how can I keep the hashtags while truncating the caption?

Hey guys, I’m fairly new at creating zaps but maybe someone can help.Our team gets deals that schedule calls via Calendly with our sales team. What I’d like to happen:-A deal schedules a calendly event-Zapier links the event to the correct deal in Pipedrive & creates the appropriate type of sales call activity in Pipedrive under that deal We’ve been manually adding the events to every deal and we feel like Zapier probably can do this, but we’re just not sure how. Is anyone able to help me or guide me with the steps to take? Thanks for any help given folks. -Luke
I am looking to automate the process of having my employees upload documents in multiple locations. Right now when a doc is added to airtable, I would the doc (Via Zapier) to be uploaded into our citrix environment. Each record in Airtable has a unique job number assigned to it. This job number is used as the folder name in Citrix as well. Can Zapier pull the the number from the field in Airtable and stick the document in the corresponding folder in Citrix or can zapier only upload to a single “Chosen” folder?
